City of Lebanon

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 51-year-old man at 4:16 a.m. June 1 in the area of 12th and Cumberland streets.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 22-year-old woman at 4:30 a.m. June 2 on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 39-year-old man at 2:57 p.m. June 3 on the 00 block of South 9th Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 62-year-old man at 4:28 p.m. June 7 on the 100 block of North Liberty Street.

Harassment – Police charged a 43-year-old man at 4:25 p.m. June 7 on the 100 block of East Walnut Street.

Dog law violation – Police charged a 43-year-old man with disorderly conduct and a dog law violation at 4:25 p.m. June 21 on the 100 block of East Walnut Street.

Public drunkenness – Police charged a 47-year-old man at 5:36 a.m. June 22 at the intersection of North Gannon and C&L streets.

Drug possession – Police charged Jymir Hargrove, 21, with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop on July 2 on the 700 block of Chestnut Street.

Drug possession – Police charged Antonio Otero-Rohena, 31, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 2 on the 300 block of Guilford Street.

Retail theft – Police charged Dawn Duckett, 60, after an incident on July 2 on the 800 block of Bowman Street.

Aggravated assault – Police charged Valeria Velez-Rodriguez, 26, with aggravated assault and false reports after an incident on June 27 on the 400 block of Freeman Street.

PFA order violation – Police charged Shawn McCaslin, 36, after an incident on June 27 on the 1100 block of Lehman Street.

Simple assault – Police charged Zechariah McLaughlin, 24, with simple assault and resisting arrest after police responded to a domestic disturbance on June 28 on the 00 block of North 6th Street.

Megan’s Law violation – Police charged Luis Rivera-Ruiz, 34, with failure to comply with Megan’s Law registration requirements after an investigation on July 3 on the 200 block of Guilford Street.

Firearms not to be carried without a license – Police charged Damian Palm, 26, after a suspicious person call on July 2 on the 1500 block of Washington Street.

Simple assault – Police charged Richard Ramos, 28, with simple assault-domestic violence after a report of an assault on June 30 on the 200 block of North 8th Street.

Simple assault – Police charged Clarissa Plaza, 29, with simple assault-domestic violence after a domestic disturbance on June 30 on the 1100 block of Walton Street.

Terroristic threats, resisting arrest – Police charged Noah Ludwig, 39, with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, DUI-alcohol, evading arrest or detention on foot, and public drunkenness after an incident on July 1 in the area of C&L and Partridge streets.

East Hanover Township

Vehicle accident – At 4:56 p.m. June 28, a 2016 Ford Escape driven by a 33-year-old Lafayette Hill woman was turning from Bullfrog Road onto SR 22. A 2024 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 47-year-old Dillsburg man was traveling east on SR 22. The Ford entered the left lane of SR 22 and failed to yield to the Chevrolet, which was traveling in the left lane. The Chevrolet was unable to negotiate into the right lane, sideswiping the Ford. The Ford was disabled in the left lane. The Chevrolet was able to negotiate onto the shoulder. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts, and no injuries were reported. The Ford was towed from the scene. Police charged the Lafayette Hill woman with turning movements and required signals.

Harassment – At 2:19 a.m. June 30, a 31-year-old Grantville man allegedly threw a 35-year-old Grantville woman to the ground on Jonestown Road.

Myerstown Borough

Vehicle accident – At 5:23 p.m. July 1, a crash occurred on West Main Avenue at South Railroad Street involving a 2012 Hyundai Accent and a 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Police charged the driver of the Hyundai with obedience to traffic-control devices.

Update on missing person – A 15-year-old Myerstown male juvenile left his home on the 100 block of West Main Avenue between 10 and 11 p.m. on June 30 and did not return that day. Around 7 p.m. July 1, the juvenile came home safely. No crimes against the juvenile were committed, nor did the juvenile commit any crimes.

Hit-and-run – At 6:25 p.m. June 27, an unknown vehicle was traveling east on West Main Avenue when it traveled into the lane of a 2020 Buick driven by a 37-year-old Myerstown woman who was traveling west. The unknown vehicle struck the driver’s side front quarter panel, causing minor damage, then continued traveling east. The Myerstown woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries.

North Cornwall Township

Retail theft – At 3:41 p.m. May 18, police arrested Riquelme Estevez, 18, of Lebanon, after an incident at Sheetz.

Theft – At 4:51 p.m. May 25, police arrested Dylan Loy, 28, of Lebanon, after an incident on Waterford Way.

Retail theft – At 9:22 a.m. May 28, police arrested a 65-year-old Ambler man after an incident at Sheetz.

Drug possession, theft by deception – At 11:13 a.m. May 30, police arrested Brandon Bish, 33, of Lebanon, for possession of a controlled substance and theft by deception after an incident at Speedway.

Drug possession, driving while suspended – At 8:55 p.m. June 5, police pulled over a vehicle with numerous occupants on South 19th Street. Police found that Damien Rice, 32, of Lebanon, had a warrant and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police also charged Koye Brown, 27, of Lebanon, with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended, and Quinn Cambell, 24, of Lebanon, with possession of a controlled substance.

Public drunkenness – At 4:38 p.m. June 6, police arrested a 38-year-old Richland woman after an incident at Sheetz.

Drug possession – At 9:06 p.m. June 7, police arrested Feliciano Rodriguez, 25, of Myerstown, for narcotics possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and false identification to law enforcement after an incident on Millview Court.

Public drunkenness – At 4:46 p.m. June 8, police arrested a 53-year-old Annville man after an incident on West Cumberland Street.

Retail theft, drug possession – At 8:53 p.m. June 10, police arrested Raymond Levan, 39, of Lebanon, for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at Kohl’s.

Drug possession – At 12:16 a.m. June 11, police arrested Heather Rorabaugh, 41, of Lebanon, for narcotics possession after an incident on Chestnut Street.

Endangering the welfare of a child – At 7:53 p.m. June 13, police arrested Marisol Torres-Rosato, 44, of Lebanon, after an incident at TJ Maxx.

Drug possession, public drunkenness – At 9:46 p.m. June 15, police arrested Heaven Zeiders, 44, of Grantville, with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness after an incident on Walnut Street.

Trespassing – At 9:11 p.m. June 29, police charged Michael Zohner, 55, of Lebanon, after an incident at Wendy’s.

North Londonderry Township

Disorderly conduct, drug possession – At 5:23 p.m. July 1 on the 500 block of South Lingle Avenue, police charged a driver, Benny Byrd, 58, of Palmyra, with disorderly conduct after he was found to be in possession of a pipe containing marijuana. Police charged his passenger, Andre Wadel, 48, of Palmyra, with possession of drug paraphernalia after he was found to be in possession of several items related to marijuana use. Police also charged Byrd with expired registration.

Harassment – Police charged a 72-year-old Palmyra woman for an incident at 7:03 p.m. June 28 on the 700 block of Cambridge Court. The woman was warned to stop the behavior by police and failed to follow directions by sending another letter to a 65-year-old Palmyra woman.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 10:17 a.m. June 27, a Mitsubishi Eclipse driven by a 37-year-old Liverpool man rear-ended a Jeep Patriot driven by a 57-year-old Mount Gretna woman. The woman was stopped in the north lane of South Forge Road, waiting to turn onto East Patrick Road, when the crash occurred. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 4:32 p.m. June 27, South Londonderry Township police were notified of a crash in the area of Horseshoe Pike and Lincoln Street involving two vehicles, one of which was a motor home. Police determined that the motor home driven by an 84-year-old Palmyra man struck a small SUV driven by an 80-year-old Palmyra woman before striking a utility pole. A vehicle braking system failure was reported but remains unconfirmed. No injuries were reported. MetEd responded to the scene to repair the utility pole, and Horseshoe Pike was closed for several hours. Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company assisted on the scene.

Swatara Township

Vehicle accident – Around 8:04 a.m. July 1, a 2012 Kia Soul driven by a 20-year-old Pottsville woman was stopped at the stop sign on Swatara Circle at North Mill Street. A 2001 Hyundai Elantra driven by a 29-year-old Jonestown woman was traveling south on North Mill Street when the Kia entered the intersection and failed to yield to the Hyundai, which had the right-of-way. The Kia struck the Hyundai. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. The Pottsville woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Jonestown woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a possible injury but was not transported. Police charged the Pottsville woman with stop signs and yield signs.

Western Lebanon County Regional Police

Burglary, criminal trespass – At 10:21 a.m. June 29, police responded to the 400 block of West Queen Street for reports of a burglary in progress. Police arrived on the scene, but the suspect fled the area. Police identified the suspect as David Marquez, 22, and on July 2 police charged Marquez with felony burglary, felony criminal trespass-break into structure, summary criminal mischief, and summary harassment. He was placed into LCCF on a $10,000 secured bond.

Burglary, criminal trespass, corruption of minors – On July 3, police arrested Isaiah Williamson, 18, for felony burglary, felony criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, felony criminal trespass, felony criminal conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, misdemeanor corruption of minors, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault, summary harassment, and summary criminal conspiracy to commit harassment. Police transported Williamson to LCCB and arraigned him before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Bail was set at $25,000. Charges stem from an incident Jan. 1 on the 600 block of North Railroad Street in which the defendant and another individual allegedly entered a residence forcibly and assaulted multiple occupants. A 17-year-old Dauphin County female was arrested as a co-conspirator and charged with felony burglary, felony criminal conspiracy to commit burglary, felony criminal trespass, felony criminal conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor criminal conspiracy to commit simple assault, misdemeanor criminal mischief, summary harassment, and summary criminal conspiracy to commit harassment.

Drug possession – Around 5:33 p.m. June 19, police responded to the 300 block of Palm City Park for a report of a subject who was out of control. Police spoke with a white male, who was identified as Casey Peiffer, 40, and found him to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. On June 24, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Peiffer with an ungraded misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
