Arrest warrant – On July 12, police issued an arrest warrant against Scott Andrysik, 59, with the original charge being firearm not to be carried without a license after an incident that occurred on July 11 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Drug possession – On July 14, police charged Richard Gomez, 52, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop that occurred in the area of 5th and Chestnut streets.
Drug possession – On July 14, police charged Marisol Mercado, 51, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop that occurred in the area of 5th and Chestnut streets.
Drug possession – On July 14, police charged Melvin Morales with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop that occurred on the 700 block of Cumberland Street.
DUI, duties at stop signs – On July 12, police charged John Glant, 56, with DUI-alcohol and duties at stop signs after police responded to a crash that occurred in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Chestnut Street.
Disorderly conduct – On July 12, police charged Eric Hough, 30, with disorderly conduct after an incident that occurred on the 900 block of Walnut Street.
Hindering apprehension – On July 15, police charged Juan Pagan, 45, with hindering apprehension after an incident that occurred on the 200 block of South 9th Street.
DUI, drug possession, driving while suspended, careless driving – On July 13, police charged Alberto Laureano-Rios, 20, with DUI-alcohol, DUI-controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended or revoked, and careless driving after police responded to the 300 block of North Hanover Street for a report of a suspicious person.
Drug possession – On July 13, police charged Steven McCracken, 34, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on the 200 block of Schneider Drive.
Drug possession – On July 14, police charged Rafael Delgado, 35, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on the 400 block of North 11th Avenue.
Drug possession – On July 14, police charged William Arocho-Gonzalez, 60, with possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop that occurred on the 1400 block of Maple Street.
Drug possession – On July 13, police charged Darwin Almonte, 36, with possession of a controlled substance after he was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
Burglary, criminal trespass, theft – On July 14, police charged Edward Acevedo, 55, with burglary, criminal trespass, and theft after an incident that occurred on the 400 block of North 8th Street.
Drug possession – On July 11, police charged Jeffrey Stump, 37, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police arrested him on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession – On July 17, police charged Mario Rosario, 27, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after police responded to reports of a suspicious person on the 1100 block of Federal Street.
Criminal trespass, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, public drunkenness – On July 17, police charged Ramon Rodriguez-Arriaga, 46, with criminal trespass, terroristic threats, resisting arrest, and public drunkenness after an incident that occurred on the 00 block of Lehman Street.
Retail theft – On July 18, police charged Sara Ferguson, 30, with retail theft after an incident that occurred on the 800 block of Bowman Street.
Drug possession – On July 18, police charged Asiel Gonzalez, 34, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on the 200 block of North 7th Street.
Theft by unlawful taking – On July 18, police charged Efrain Rivera, 35, with theft by unlawful taking after an incident that occurred on the 800 block of Locust Street.

Millcreek Township
Vehicle accident – Around 5:10 p.m. July 11, a 12-year-old Newmanstown female juvenile riding a bicycle entered Memorial Boulevard from Walnut Street. A 2016 Chevrolet Impala driven by a 42-year-old Newmanstown man was traveling west on Memorial Boulevard and approaching the intersection with Walnut Street. The bicycle entered into the Chevrolet’s lane, causing a collision between the two vehicles. The juvenile was wearing a helmet and sustained cuts. The bicycle was damaged. The Newmanstown man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The juvenile left the scene before getting any information from the man.
Myerstown Borough
Criminal mischief under $1,000 – On July 14, police responded to the 00 block of West Washington Avenue for a report of a broken driver’s side rear window on a 2005 Honda Civic Del Sol. This crime occurred during the overnight hours between July 13 and July 14. It is unknown what instrument was used to break the window. No items were taken from the vehicle. The victim was a 61-year-old Myerstown man. Police are investigating.
North Lebanon Township
Retail theft – Police charged Kelly Johnson, 35, of Lebanon, with retail theft after failing to pay for $125.97 worth of merchandise from Walmart on June 7.
Burglary – Police charged Jeffrey Stump, 37, with burglary after burglarizing Wendy’s, 1490 E. Lehman St., on June 12.
Terroristic threats, simple assault – Police charged Adam Migatulski, 36, with terroristic threats and simple assault after an incident at Stoevers Dam Park at 6:44 p.m. July 11.
North Londonderry Township
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 56-year-old Palmyra woman with disorderly conduct after a traffic stop that occurred at 3:40 a.m. July 12, on the 100 block of Gravel Hill Road, during which she was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Drug possession, consumption of alcohol by a minor – At 1:46 a.m. July 10, police charged an Annville male juvenile with possession of drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Police also cited two other Annville male juveniles and an 18-year-old Annville man for consumption of alcohol by a minor since they were all under the age of 21. This incident occurred on the 500 block of Sunset Boulevard.
Disorderly conduct – At 10:22 p.m. July 17, police charged a 25-year-old Palmyra man with disorderly conduct following a traffic stop on Pajabon Drive and Locust Street, during which he was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Retail theft – Police charged a 28-year-old Middletown man with retail theft-first offense after an incident that occurred at 12:41 p.m. July 18 at Walmart, 100 N. Londonderry Sq., Palmyra. The man was apprehended by loss prevention with $37.62 worth of merchandise and issued a summary non-traffic citation for the crime.
South Lebanon Township

Union Township
DUI crash – At 6:31 p.m. June 23, a 2015 Subaru Forester driven by Katrina Heisey, 25, of Jonestown, was traveling south on SR 72, north of its intersection with Lickdale Road. A 2013 Ford Fiesta driven by Timothy Noll, 23, of Manheim, was traveling west on Lickdale Road, east of its intersection with SR 72. The Subaru proceeded through the intersection, traveling south. The Ford failed to stop for a steady red signal and entered into the intersection, striking the Subaru. The Ford and the Subaru sustained disabling damage and were towed from the scene by Joe May’s Towing. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts, and noo injuries were reported. Police arrested Noll for DUI.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department
Criminal mischief – At 5:52 p.m. July 8, the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department was called to Memorial Park, 200 E. Spruce St., for a vandalism in progress. Police arrived on the scene and located a 10-year-old male juvenile who used a marker to vandalize multiple structures in the park. Police cited the juvenile for one count of summary criminal mischief.
Harassment – On July 8, police filed a summary non-traffic citation through MDJ John Ditzler’s office, citing a 49-year-old man with one count of harassment. The citation stems from an incident that occurred at the Annville VFW, 401 W. Main St., Annville, on June 23, in which he struck the victim in the eye, causing injury.
