The location at 1147 Quentin Road is the company’s first restaurant in Lebanon County.

The restaurant has three drive-thru order lanes that merge into two lanes for order pick-up, with space for about 53 vehicles.

The store’s local owner-operator will be Marty Windisch, a Pennsylvania native who went through Chick-fil-A’s Leadership Development Program and now lives in Lebanon. The restaurant, like other locally owned and operated Chick-fil-A franchises, is expected to create 80 to 120 jobs in the area.

According to a company provided bio, Windisch grew up an hour south of the future restaurant, spent time playing sports in the area, and supported several central Pennsylvania restaurant openings during his time in the leadership development program.

“In my journey from serving as a team member and now as a local owner-operator, I’ve experienced firsthand the importance of mentorship and genuine care,” Windisch said in a press release. “I am so grateful to now call Lebanon home, where our restaurant’s mission it to be a light for our team members, guests and the community.”

Hiring for the location continues in the meantime. Available positions on the company’s website include Team Leader, Back of House Team Member, Front of House Team Member, and AM Prep Team Member.
