City of Lebanon
DUI – On Sept. 21, police charged Albert Ramirez-Minaya, 29, with DUI-alcohol after a crash on the 800 block of Cornwall Road.
Drug possession – On Sept. 21, police charged Giana Vaughn, 19, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 1600 block of Elm Street.
False report of theft or conversion of vehicle – On Sept. 16, police charged Joelle Light, 42, with false report of theft or conversion of vehicle after an incident on the 600 block of Quentin Road.
Driving while suspended – On Sept. 24, police charged Edwin Miranda-Rodriguez, 39, with driving while suspended, DUI-related, fourth offense, and maximum speed limits after a traffic stop on the 00 block of East Walnut Street.
Drug possession – On Sept. 21, police charged Sabrina McCracken, 32, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was apprehended on a warrant in the area of 5th and Canal streets.
Retail theft – On Sept. 17, police charged Carrie Garrison, 44, with felony retail theft after an incident on the 800 block of Bowman Street.
Burglary – On Sept. 20, police charged Alexis Morales-Feliciano, 46, with burglary after an incident on the 100 block of North 9th Street.
DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic – On Sept. 23, police charged Jose Reyes De La Cruz, 38, with DUI-alcohol and driving on roadways laned for traffic after a traffic stop on the 00 block of South 10th Street.
Evading arrest or detention on foot, drug possession – On Sept. 20, police charged Jason Ortiz, 23, with evading arrest or detention on foot and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was apprehended on the 1000 block of Willow Street for an active warrant.
Drug possession – On Sept. 21, police charged Jose Gonzalez-Morges, 28, with possession of a controlled substance after an incident on the 600 block of North 7th Street.
Terroristic threats, simple assault – On Sept. 26, police charged John Workman, 40, with terroristic threats and simple assault after an incident in the area of North 8th Avenue and East Guilford Street.
Drug possession – On Sept. 24, police charged Eric Tyler, 32, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was apprehended on a warrant on the 400 block of South 9th Street.
Simple assault – On Sept. 27, police charged Jonathan Torres, 35, with three counts of simple assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 300 block of Old North 10th Street.
Simple assault, disorderly conduct – On Sept. 26, police charged Yashira Miranda-Cosme, 30, with simple assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on the 300 block of North 8th Street.
Arrest warrant – On Sept. 23, police issued an arrest warrant against Jayda Stamm, 20, with the original charges being accident involving death or personal injury, tampering with physical evidence, careless driving, and driving while suspended.
Arrest warrant – On Sept. 26, police issued an arrest warrant against Alianna Lentten-Colon, 20, with the original charge being disorderly conduct.
Thank you – The Lebanon City Police Department sends a big thank you to Rohland Funeral Home, Gristick’s Fresh Market, The Gristicks, Dr. Jeffery Yocum, Peter Pyles, and everyone else who helped out. On Sept. 25, they supplied a chicken barbecue dinner for all Lebanon County first responders. This group has been hosting this “Thank You for Your Service” event for many years. All the officers at the Lebanon City Police Department really appreciated the nice dinner to take home to their families.
East Hanover Township
Vehicle accident – At 12:17 p.m. Aug. 29, police responded to North SR 934 and Jonestown Road for a two-vehicle crash that was possibly DUI-related with injuries. The crash involved a 2017 Ford and a 2018 Freightliner. The investigation is ongoing.
North Londonderry Township
Stolen electric bicycle – At 10:58 p.m. Sept. 21, a Palmyra man who is a Walmart employee called North Londonderry Township to report the theft of an electric bicycle. The man reported that he rode the bike to work and parked it in the store vestibule. The man reported that he and other staff members were able to determine that the bicycle was stolen around 9:30 p.m. by an unidentified male subject. It was a black Varun electric bicycle with white lettering valued at around $500.
Vehicle accident – At 4:53 p.m. Sept. 21, police responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Grubb Road and Fir Street. No injuries were reported. One vehicle with a damaged front wheel was towed from the scene. A 22-year-old Palmyra man was cited with driving without a license and may receive additional citations pending further investigation. This crash also involved a 45-year-old Palmyra resident, a 17-year-old Palmyra male, a 16-year-old Palmyra female, and a 17-year-old Annville female.
Vehicle accident, driving too fast for conditions – At 8:20 a.m. Sept. 25, police responded to the area of Gravel Hill and Bindnaugles roads for a single-vehicle crash. The driver, an 18-year-old Palmyra woman, reported losing control of her vehicle, striking a guide rail and driving over an embankment. No injuries were reported. Police charged the woman with driving too fast for conditions.
South Lebanon Township
Simple assault – Around 10 p.m. Sept. 14, police responded to the 700 block of South 2nd Street for a domestic dispute and arrested James Schultz, 36, for misdemeanor simple assault (domestic violence-related).
Drug possession – Around 8:35 a.m. Sept. 13, police responded to the 00 block of South 5th Avenue for a well-being check and learned that Garrett Shanline, 35, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Shanline with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession, display of registration plate – Around 2:48 p.m. Sept. 15, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Miguel Tehuitzil, 30, was in possession of illegal narcotics. Police charged Tehuitzil with two counts of misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana, plus summary display of registration plate.
DUI – Around 5:16 p.m. Aug. 14, police pulled over a vehicle along South Lincoln Avenue and learned that the driver, Annette Linderman, 62, was under the influence of alcohol. Linderman’s BAC was 0.273% at the time of the incident. Police charged Linderman with misdemeanor DUI-alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident, improper turn – At 3:07 p.m. Sept. 10, police responded to a crash near the intersection of Palmyra Road and Horseshoe Pike involving a 52-year-old Palmyra woman and a 69-year-old Wallingford man. Police determined that the woman made an improper left turn and struck the man’s vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle accident, stop sign violation – At 3:42 p.m. Sept. 16, a Penske Ford truck driven by a 36-year-old Lancaster man ran a stop sign and struck a Mazda driven by a 21-year-old Elizabethtown man at the intersection of Colebrook and Lawn roads. No injuries were reported. The Lancaster man’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
Fleeing and eluding, careless driving – Police charged Jaydavin Sengsouvanh, 18, of Mount Joy, with fleeing and eluding, trespassing with a motor vehicle, reckless driving, and careless driving after officers attempted to stop him for various traffic violations. Police observed Sengsouvanh traveling at speeds over 80 mph on South Forge Road and Horseshoe Pike at 1:30 a.m. June 9. When police pursued him, he entered private property and attempted to hide. Once police located him, he fled the scene east on Horseshoe Pike. Sengsouvanh was operating a friend’s vehicle at the time.
Theft of packages – Police are investigating the theft of packages from the porch of a home in the Falcon Ridge Development on Fieldcrest Drive, Colebrook at around 2:45 p.m. Sept. 17. According to video from a Ring camera, the suspect was wearing a coat and hat and had their face covered, but was seen getting into the passenger side of an early 2000s blue Honda CRV. The vehicle then went east on Elizabethtown Road toward Colebrook Tavern. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact police at 717-838-1376.
Vehicle accident – At 3:03 p.m. Sept. 23, police responded to the 5400 block of Elizabethtown Road for a single-vehicle crash. A vehicle driven by a 20-year-old East Petersburg man was traveling north on Elizabethtown Road when he began to hydroplane while negotiating a left curve and went into a ditch. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle accident – At 7:36 a.m. Sept. 18, police responded to the intersection of Mount Wilson and Mount Gretna roads for a crash. A vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Mount Gretna resident was at a stop sign when they proceeded into the intersection and collided with a northbound vehicle driven by a 31-year-old Lancaster man on Mount Wilson Road. No injuries were reported.
Hit-and-run crash – On Sept. 26, police received a call about a hit-and-run crash in the area of the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike between 5:30 and 6 a.m. The suspect vehicle, possibly a black 2021 Lexus NX 300, was traveling west on Horseshoe Pike when it struck two mailboxes and a No Parking sign. Union Township
Vehicle accident – At 6:44 a.m. Sept. 19, a 2019 Ford Econoline E150 van driven by a 48-year-old Jonestown woman was traveling east on Suedberg Road when the Ford hit a deer, sustaining functional damage. The woman wasn’t injured, and no children were on the van at the time. A Krise Transportation school bus mechanic assisted on the scene, and the Ford was towed from the scene.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police
Drug possession – Around 2:37 p.m. Sept. 12, police responded to a home on the 100 block of North Chestnut Street to assist the Lebanon County Probation Department. Marijuana and related paraphernalia were found inside the residence. On Sept. 16, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Warner’s office, charging Savana Stamm, 18, with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Theft – On Aug. 29, police responded to the 300 block of Cumberland Street for a report of a stolen A/C unit. A nearby business provided video surveillance footage, which depicted a white male with long hair on a black bike pulling a bike trailer with the stolen A/C unit.
