Bethel Township
Vehicle accident – At 6:04 a.m. Oct. 15, a 2017 Nissan Rogue driven by a 28-year-old Lebanon man was traveling north on South Pine Grove Street, merging onto SR 22 eastbound. A 2005 Scion TC driven by a 20-year-old Lebanon man was directly behind the Nissan. The Nissan yielded to oncoming traffic and was stopped in the merge lane. The Scion rear-ended the Nissan. Both drivers were wearing their seatbelts and sustained no injuries. The Scion sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. The Nissan sustained functional damage.
City of Lebanon
DUI, careless driving – On Oct. 20, police charged Abimael Pagan-Vera, 38, with DUI-alcohol and careless driving after a traffic stop on the 700 block of East Lehman Street.
Drug possession – On Oct. 21, police charged Ronnie Rosado-Nadal, 30, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 800 block of Scull Street.
Drug possession – On Oct. 19, police charged Juan Melendez-Ayala, 53, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 800 block of Chestnut Street.
Terroristic threats – On Oct. 18, police charged Adam Migatulski, 37, with terroristic threats after an incident on the 400 block of South 8th Street.
Drug possession – On Oct. 13, police charged Gilberto Torres-Rey, 46, with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
DUI, driving while suspended – On Oct. 20, police charged Brittany Blase, 30, with DUI-alcohol and driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop on the 500 block of South 5th Avenue.
Drug possession – On Oct. 20, police charged Emanuel Taveras-De Los Santos, 24, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 300 block of North 9th Street.
Simple assault by physical menace – On Oct. 22, police charged Kyle Aquino, 33, with simple assault by physical menace after an incident on the 600 block of North 3rd Avenue.
Simple assault – On Oct. 23, police charged Luis Ortiz-Torres, 47, with simple assault after an incident on the 400 block of Freeman Street.
Accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, following too closely – On Oct. 25, police charged Edward Maestre, 60, with accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property and following too closely after a crash on the 500 block of Cumberland Street.
Drug possession – On Oct. 25, police charged Casey Sanders, 34, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 1200 block of Maple Street.
Driving while suspended – On Oct. 24, police charged Sherri Myers, 53, with driving while suspended (DUI-related) after a traffic stop on the 1400 block of Cumberland Street.
FBI-LEEDA Training – The Lebanon City Police Department would like to thank The James Biever Police-Community Alliance for their continued support. With their help, officers are able to participate in the FBI-LEEDA (Law Enforcement Executive Development Association) training program. This esteemed program is designed to enhance the leadership skills of law enforcement professionals, promoting effective management and community policing practices.
The FBI-LEEDA training focuses on developing the skills necessary to lead and manage in a rapidly changing environment. The program covers a range of topics, including leadership and management principles, communication and interpersonal skills, strategic planning and decision-making, community policing and engagement, and conflict resolution and crisis management.
By participating in this training, law enforcement professionals will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles, ultimately enhancing the safety and well-being of our community. Trunk or Treat 2024 – The Lebanon City Police Department participated in the annual Trunk or Treat event on Tuesday, Oct. 22. What a great turnout! It was great seeing everyone dressed up and enjoying the evening! The police department would like to thank Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA, and the Lebanon YMCA for hosting such a great event for the community.

Cornwall Borough
Deer struck – A vehicle driven by a 67-year-old Florida man struck a deer at 9:39 p.m. Oct. 19 in the area of SR 72, just south of Alden Lane. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was drivable.
North Londonderry Township
Hit-and-run – Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash at 8:39 a.m. Oct. 21 in which a vehicle driven by a 56-year-old Palmyra woman was struck by a dark gray Toyota SUV. The vehicle was last seen in the Rockledge Development. The vehicle should have damage to its front passenger’s side. Anyone with information regarding the suspect vehicle is asked to contact North Londonderry Township police.
West Cornwall Township
Deer struck – A vehicle driven by a 72-year-old Lebanon woman struck a deer at 8:23 p.m. Oct. 20 in the area of the 2300 block of Quentin Road. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained minor damage and was drivable.
Western Lebanon County Regional Police
Bench warrant served – Around 7:29 a.m. Oct. 20, police were conducting a business check of D&B Laundromat, 320 E. Arch St. Police located Donovan Aiello, 19, who was known to have a bench warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Department, with the original offense being possession of a controlled substance, inside the business. Police verified the warrant, took Aiello into custody, and transported him to LCCB.
Assault on law enforcement, resisting arrest – At 12:39 a.m. Oct. 22, police pulled over a vehicle driven by Cathyria Reyes-Rodriguez, 23, on the 1300 block of East Main Street for a suspended license plate. During the course of the investigation, Reyes-Rodriguez began to fight with officers, striking one officer with her fist. Police took Reyes-Rodriguez into custody and transported her to LCCB. Police charged Reyes-Rodriguez with felony assault on law enforcement, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, misdemeanor tampering with evidence, misdemeanor harassment, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, summary operating without financial responsibility, and summary displaying fraudulent inspection stickers.
Bomberger’s provides WLCRPD a luncheon – Bomberger’s Ace Hardware of Annville provided the Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department with a luncheon on Thursday, Oct. 24. The police department greatly thanks Bomberger’s for their generosity in providing this meal.
