Annville-Cleona, Cornwall-Lebanon, ELCO, Northern Lebanon, Lebanon, and Palmyra Area school districts have announced two-hour delays for Thursday, Feb. 6.
Lebanon County Weather is forecasting that freezing rain overnight into Thursday morning will cause travel nightmares.
“Temperatures will eventually rebound above freezing by the early afternoon, but not before between a tenth to as much as two tenths of an inch of ice accrual overnight into the rush hour period,” said Lebanon County Weather in their latest forecast. “Thursday will likely see area wide delays and more likely school closures.”

Annville-Cleona School District
Annville-Cleona School District is operating on a two-hour delay schedule for Thursday, Feb. 6.
Due to the weather forecast, the Annville-Cleona School District and all buildings will operate on a two-hour delay schedule for in-person learning on Thursday, February 6, 2025.
For the two-hour delay, a modified schedule will be used by each building. The start time for the Secondary School is at 9:30 a.m., and the start times for both Annville Elementary and Cleona Elementary are at 10:50 a.m. Full-time and AM CTC students will depart from A-C at 9:30 a.m. Bus/van transportation will be about two hours later than the normal pick-up time to account for the delay.
If in the morning, it is determined that there is a need to close school for in-person learning, we would transition to a Flexible Instructional Day (FID) for virtual learning. As a reminder, a FID operates on a two-hour delay schedule as well. If we were to transition to a FID, it would be communicated.
Cornwall-Lebanon School District
Cornwall-Lebanon School District is operating on a two-hour delay schedule for Thursday, Feb. 6.
For Thursday, Feb. 6, 2024, the Cornwall-Lebanon School District will be operating on a two-hour delay with Modified Kindergarten.
Modified Kindergarten Schedule
AM Kindergarten: 11:10 am–12:45 pm (Expected arrival time at home will be one hour later than usual.)
PM Kindergarten: 2:05–3:40 pm (Expected pick up time will be one hour later than usual.)
Eastern Lebanon County School District (ELCO)
ELCO is operating on a two-hour delay schedule for Thursday, Feb. 6.
