City of Lebanon
Theft by unlawful taking – On March 4, police charged Javier Franco-Rodriguez, 31, after an incident on the 1100 block of Lehman Street.
DUI, operating an unregistered vehicle – On March 10, police charged Bryce Davis, 21, with DUI-alcohol and operating an unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop in the area of South 3rd Avenue and East Walnut Street.
PFA order violation – On March 3, police charged Jeffrey Uhler, 35, with violating a protection from abuse order after an incident on the 200 block of Walnut Street.
Drug possession – On March 10, police charged Orliri Perugorria Silva, 67, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 600 block of Quentin Road.
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – On March 7, police charged Richard Johnson, 51, after police responded to a disturbance on the 00 block of South 8th Street.
PFA order violation – On March 7, police charged Kinsey Bush, 35, with violating a protection from abuse order after an incident on the 200 block of South Gannon Street.
PFA order violation – On March 11, police charged Terrence Parrish, 58, with violating a protection from abuse order after an incident on the 300 block of Federal Street.
Drug possession – On March 12, police charged Britany Arnold, 46, with possession of drug paraphernalia after she was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant on the 600 block of North 9th Street.
Drug possession – On March 12, police charged Jason Arnold, 52, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant.
Aggravated assault, possession of an instrument of crime – Police charged Jennifer Ocasio-Santiago, 33, after police responded to Good Samaritan Hospital for a report of a stabbing victim. Police said Ocasio-Santiago stabbed the person in the leg during a domestic dispute on the 00 block of North 6th Street. On March 13, an arrest warrant was obtained for Ocasio-Santiago. On March 14, the warrant was served, and Ocasio-Santiago was transported to LCCB.
Lebanon city police announce promotions – The Lebanon City Police Department is pleased to announce that Adam Rusz and Stephanos Goumas have been promoted to the rank of sergeant. Additionally, Erik Peiffer and Travis Pidcock have been appointed to the rank of patrolman first class. These promotions are a testament to the hard work and commitment of these officers, and the police department congratulates them on their well-deserved recognition.

Umbrellas available for purchase to support the William D. Lebo Foundation – Support the William D. Lebo Foundation by purchasing umbrellas at the Lebanon City Police Department, 735 Cumberland St., Lebanon. The cost is $40 per umbrella, with all proceeds going toward supporting local scholarships and community development initiatives through the foundation. The third annual Umbrella Walk, celebrating the life and legacy of Lt. William D. Lebo, will begin at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, March 31, at the Southwest/Optimist Park.
Jackson Township
Vehicle accident – At 7:45 a.m. Feb. 11, a 2015 Chrysler 300 driven by a 61-year-old Myerstown woman was traveling south on Hergelrode Drive. A 2020 Toyota RAV4 driven by a 57-year-old Myerstown woman was traveling east on Krall Road. As the Toyota approached a stop sign at Krall Road and Hergelrode Drive, it failed to stop and entered Hergelrode Drive. The Toyota struck the Chrysler. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the driver of the Toyota with obedience to traffic-control devices.
Lebanon County Regional
DUI – Around 9:23 p.m. Jan. 26, police pulled over a vehicle that was drifting into the center lane in the area of East Cumberland Street and North 11th Avenue. Police identified the driver of the vehicle as Angel Rivera Rolon, 22, and smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. Rivera Rolon consented to field sobriety tests, which yielded a result of DUI. Rivera Rolon refused to consent to a blood test and was charged with DUI and an inoperable license plate light.
Aggressive driving wave – From March 17 to April 27, Lebanon County Regional Police Department officers will be participating in the year’s first wave of aggressive driving enforcement within North Lebanon, North Cornwall, and West Lebanon townships. They will be looking for drivers who are speeding, tailgating, passing in prohibited areas, traffic light/stop sign violations, school bus violations, and others. Police ask all residents to buckle up, slow down, and drive safely!
Myerstown Borough
Vehicle accident – At 7:08 p.m. March 4, a 2011 Toyota Sienna driven by a 37-year-old Myerstown man was traveling east on West Maple Avenue when he failed to stop at a stop sign and struck a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS Class driven by a 63-year-old Myerstown man that was traveling south on South Railroad Street. The Mercedes-Benz continued to travel east and struck a parked 2016 Jeep Renegade. The driver of the Toyota was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz was wearing a seatbelt and sustained a suspected minor injury but refused transport.
South Lebanon Township
Drug possession – On Nov. 30, 2024, police pulled over a vehicle on King Street and learned that the driver, Douglas Newhouse, 58, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Newhouse with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession, false identification to law enforcement – On Nov. 30, 2024, police pulled over a vehicle on King Street and learned that a passenger in the vehicle, Sky Wagner, 28, was in possession of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Wagner with misdemeanor possession of a designer drug (MDMA), misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine, fentanyl, xylazine, and heroin), and misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement.
Drug possession – On Dec. 21, 2024, police responded to a domestic dispute on Endress Road and learned that an involved person, Alec Swisher, 25, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Swisher with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession – On Dec. 28, 2024, police pulled over a vehicle along East Cumberland Street and learned that the driver, Jon Stager, 40, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Stager with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI, drug possession – On Jan. 18, police pulled over a vehicle along South 5th Avenue and learned that the driver, Olman Sierra Borjas, 25, was driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Police charged Sierra Borjas with misdemeanor DUI-controlled substances, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana for personal use, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and summary driving without a license.
Warrants – The following are the names of individuals with outstanding warrants from the South Lebanon Township Police Department: Christian Cruz, Karelys Cruz-Velazquez, Dominic Estrela, Phara Eveillard, Elizabeth Ewbank, Salomon Fancoeur, Jason Lutz, Christopher Martinez, Nijha Muhammad, Eulance Polk Jr., Nathan Reinbold, Matthew Rittle, Jorge Rolon-Colon, Patricia Rudy, Miguel Santos-Paulino, Miguel Tehuitzil, and Misael Vazquez. Numerous attempts have been made to get in contact with these individuals.
Do not approach or confront these individuals. If you know their whereabouts, call the South Lebanon Township Police Department or leave a tip on the police department’s page on CRIMEWATCH. All tips will remain anonymous. Anyone who would like their name removed from the warrant list is encouraged to make arrangements or turn themselves in.
Aggressive driving enforcement initiative – The South Lebanon Township Police Department will join Pennsylvania State Police and about 300 municipal agencies to conduct a targeted aggressive driving enforcement from March 17 through April 27. The goal of the targeted enforcement is to reduce the number of aggressive driving-related crashes, injuries, and deaths on roadways throughout the state. Any aggressive drivers stopped by the police will receive a ticket. The enforcement initiative will focus on distracted driving, speeding, and work zone awareness. Motorists exhibiting other unsafe behaviors, such as driving too fast for conditions, following too closely, or aggressive actions, will also be cited.
Swatara Township
Vehicle accident – At 9:10 p.m. March 6, a 2004 Volkswagen GTI driven by a 16-year-old Lebanon boy was traveling west on Troy Avenue near Kenbrook Road when he lost control, exited the right side of the road and struck a telephone pole, then traveled down an embankment and partially overturned. The driver was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries.
Western Lebanon County Regional
DUI – Around 10:52 p.m. Feb. 25, an anonymous caller advised police of an erratic driver that was about to enter Annville Township, traveling east. Police were able to locate and pull over the vehicle driven by Diana James, 37, on the 1200 block of East Main Street. Police determined that James was under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it impaired her driving. Police arrested James for suspicion of DUI. On Feb. 28, police filed charges of DUI-incapable of safe driving and driving on right side of roadway against James through MDJ Ditzler’s office.
Simple assault, harassment – A juvenile allegation was filed against a 13-year-old boy for an incident on Feb. 27 at the Memorial Park in Palmyra. Police charged the juvenile with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment.
Help identify a bike thief – Police are seeking assistance in identifying the male pictured below. The male is seen on video stealing a LIV sage green mountain bike from outside a residence hall at Lebanon Valley College.
