Drug possession – On March 22, police charged Tara Harnish, 39, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 100 block of North 7th Street.

Drug possession – On March 21, police charged Clifford Meyers, 33, with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and drivers required to be licensed after a traffic stop in the area of VanBuren and Brandywine streets.

Drug possession – On March 16, police charged Brianna Shaub, 31, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 400 block of North 13th Street.

Drug possession – On March 16, police charged David Kuhn, 50, with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 400 block of North 13th Street.

Possession with intent to deliver, person not to possess a firearm – On March 24, police responded to the intersection of 9th and Cumberland streets for a well-being check. Police found two unresponsive males inside an SUV and identified one as Gaven Looney, 23, who attempted to flee on foot. Police apprehended Looney and found him to be in possession of a firearm and several controlled substances. Police charged him with felony possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to deliver cocaine, felony person not to possess a firearm, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor evading arrest or detention on foot.

Robbery suspects nabbed – On March 20, police responded to the 100 block of South 7th Street for a robbery. The party reported being assaulted by two males, who took a cellphone and jewelry. Police identified Tyshon Staten and Calijah Frescatore as suspects and subsequently charged them with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Shortly after the initial report, police apprehended Staten and Frescatore and transported them to LCCB. Police believe that this was not a random act of violence since the party and suspects were known to one another.

Simple assault – On March 25, police charged Said Kholeif, 42, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after police responded to a domestic disturbance on the 400 block of New Street.

Arrest warrant – On March 21, police issued an arrest warrant against Alec Swisher, 25, with the original charge being possession of drug paraphernalia.

Warrant served – On March 26, police arrested Fernando Nieves-Sanchez, 50, on a warrant, with the original charge being possession with intent to distribute a controlled substanc

DUI, following too closely – On Feb. 9, police charged Chelsea Pastal, 31, with DUI-alcohol and following too closely after police responded to a crash at the intersection of 10th and Walnut streets.

Drug possession – On March 27, police charged Danielle Deiner, 42, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on the 1500 block of Chestnut Street.

Warrant served – On March 28, police arrested Andy Santell, 49, on a warrant, with the original charge being escape.

Southwest Elementary School Career Day – Sgt. Gebhard and Detective Ayala participated in Southwest Elementary School’s Career Day. The event provided students with an opportunity to gain insight into the diverse roles and responsibilities within the police department. Lebanon County Regional

Retail theft – On Jan. 8, police responded to Giant Foods at 1750 Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township to investigate a retail theft that occurred on Jan. 6. The investigation revealed that Jose Ruiz-Urena, 35, failed to scan several items during checkout. Further investigation revealed that on several occasions between Dec. 27 and Jan. 2, Ruiz-Urena failed to scan items during checkout. The total value of the thefts was $165.57. Police charged Ruiz-Urena with misdemeanor retail theft.

Retail theft – On Jan. 17, police responded to Kohl’s at 1261 Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township to investigate a retail theft that occurred on Jan. 15. The investigation led to the identification of Manuel Sanchez Jr., 20, who selected five bottles of perfume/cologne totaling $195 and left the store without paying. Police charged Sanchez with misdemeanor retail theft.

Resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law – On March 27, police pulled over a vehicle driven by Johanna Ebling, 54, for a stop sign violation at the intersection of Lehman and North 22nd streets in West Lebanon Township. Ebling refuted the violation and refused to provide identification after several requests, and she ignored orders to keep the vehicle in park, drove away from the traffic stop, and then stopped again a block away. Ebling ignored orders to exit the vehicle and actively resisted officers when they attempted to remove her and take her into custody. Police charged Ebling with misdemeanor resisting arrest, obstructing administration of law or other governmental functions, and summary duties at stop signs.

Aggravated assault, possessing an instrument of crime, harassment – Around 3:08 p.m. March 27, police responded to the 800 block of Maple Lane in North Lebanon Township for an assault. The investigation revealed that Gerald Henning, 64, attacked his brother-in-law with a garden spade after throwing a vacuum cleaner at his sister’s head, all over an estate property dispute. Henning fled the scene and was later arrested at his home in Ephrata after police obtained an arrest warrant. Police charged Henning with felony aggravated assault, misdemeanor possessing an instrument of crime, and harassment.

North Londonderry Township

Harassment – On March 14, police charged John Utterback, 50, of Westminster, Maryland, with misdemeanor harassment after sending repeated emails to another person after being warned not to by that person and police.

Harassment – At 9:35 p.m. March 20, police charged a 60-year-old Harrisburg man with harassment after an incident at the Palmyra Bowling Alley involving a 20-year-old woman.

South Lebanon Township

DUI crash – On Jan. 24, police responded to a crash on East Evergreen Road and learned that the driver, Stacie Pudliner, 52, was under the influence of alcohol. Pudliner’s BAC was 0.258% at the time of the crash. Police charged Pudliner with misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol and misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving.

DUI – Around 4:08 p.m. Feb. 25, police pulled over a vehicle on East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, Jessica Ayers, 46, was under the influence of alcohol. Ayers’ BAC was 0.184% at the time of the traffic stop. Police charged Ayers with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving, misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, and summary duties at stop signs.

Drug possession – Around 12:54 p.m. March 6, police pulled over a vehicle on Rocherty Road and learned that a passenger, Kendan Worley, 46, was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Worley with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug possession – Around 6:20 p.m. March 19, police pulled over a vehicle on East Walnut Street and learned that the driver, Robert Krill, 53, was in possession of a controlled substance. Police charged Krill with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), misdemeanor operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, and misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Warrants – The following are individuals with outstanding warrants from South Lebanon Township police: Christian Cruz, Karelys Cruz-Velazquez, Phara Eveillard, Elizabeth Ewbank, Salomon Fancoeur, Alicia Hedges, Jason Lutz, Christopher Martinez, Nijha Muhammad, Eulance Polk Jr., Nathan Reinbold, Matthew Rittle, Patricia Rudy, Miguel Tehuitzil, and Misael Vazquez. Numerous attempts have been made to get in contact with these individuals.

Do not approach or confront these individuals. If you know their whereabouts, call South Lebanon Township police or leave a tip on the department’s page on CRIMEWATCH. All tips will remain anonymous. Anyone who would like their name removed from the warrant list is encouraged to make arrangements or turn themselves in.

South Londonderry Township

Vehicle accident – At 1:26 a.m. March 26, a 2023 Ford driven by a 59-year-old Chicago, Illionois, man was traveling east on I-76 East in the right lane. A 2023 Dodge Charger driven by a 24-year-old Jamaica, New York, man, was traveling east on I-76 East in the right lane, approaching the Ford from the rear. The driver of the Dodge was distracted by his phone and ran into the back of the Ford. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts and sustained no injuries. Police charged the Dodge driver with prohibiting text-based communications.

Vehicle accident – At 12:39 a.m. March 25, police responded to a single-vehicle crash near Risser Marvel Farm Market. A vehicle driven by a 34-year-old Hershey man was traveling west on the 2400 block of Horseshoe Pike when it struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company assisted on the scene.

Vehicle accident – At 5:14 a.m. March 25, police responded to a single-vehicle crash near Risser Marvel Farm Market. A vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Palmyra man was traveling east on the 2400 block of Horseshoe Pike when it struck a deer. No injuries were reported.

Western Lebanon County Regional

Drug possession – Charges of misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia were filed against Miguel Mendez, 23. Charges stem from an incident on March 12 on the 700 block of East Main Street, when Mendez was found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

2025 street sweeping for Palmyra Borough and Annville Township – Beginning the first week of April, in Palmyra Borough, on Wednesday and Thursday, April 2-3, street sweeping and street sweeping enforcement will resume. Sweeping and enforcement will occur on the first Wednesday and Thursday of the month through September. The roads and times are:

  • First Wednesday of the month, 8-10 a.m.:
    • North Railroad Street from Main Street to Ridge Road
    • South Railroad Street from Main Street to Walnut Street
  • First Thursday of the month, from 8-10 a.m.:
    • West Cherry Street from South Railroad Street to South Mark Street
    • East Cherry Street from South Railroad Street to South Franklin Street

Beginning the first week of April, in Annville Township, on Friday, April 4, street sweeping and enforcement will resume. Sweeping and enforcement cover the entire length of Main Street within the township. The hours of enforcement are every Friday until the end of November, from 2 to 6 a.m.
