City of Lebanon
Drug possession – On April 14, police charged Timothy Gunnells, 35, with possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 1100 block of Jackson Boulevard.
Drug possession – On April 17, police charged Teannaly Cordero, 27, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident on the 100 block of East Cherry Street.
Fleeing or attempting to elude officer – On April 24, police arrested John Stone, 34, on Lincoln Avenue at Weidman Street for an arrest warrant.
Arrest warrant – On April 24, police issued an arrest warrant against Tara Harnish, 39, with the original charge being possession of a controlled substance.
Lebanon County Regional
DUI, drug possession – At 1:09 p.m. Jan. 20, police responded to the 1900 block of Colebrook Road in North Cornwall Township for a crash involving a rollover. The investigation revealed that John Prozzillo, 55, was under the influence of a controlled substance while driving a vehicle, causing the crash. Prozzillo was also found to be in possession of methamphetamine and related paraphernalia. Police charged Prozzillo with DUI-general impairment, DUI-controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance.
DUI, drug possession – At 3:27 p.m. Jan. 29, police responded to the area of Rocherty Road at Quentin Road in North Cornwall Township for an unresponsive subject slumped over in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. The investigation revealed that Eric Roush, 37, was under the influence of methamphetamine and fentanyl. Roush was also found to be in possession of the previously mentioned controlled substances and related paraphernalia. Police charged Roush with DUI-controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
DUI, operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment, no headlights – Around 11:05 p.m. March 27, police pulled over a vehicle with illegal window tint and a faulty headlight on Weavertown Road in the area of North 15th Avenue in North Lebanon Township. The investigation revealed that Abimael Pagan-Vera, 39, was driving the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and was arrested. Police charged Pagan-Vera with misdemeanor DUI, misdemeanor DUI-high rate of alcohol, summary operating a vehicle with unsafe equipment, and summary no headlights.
Access device fraud – On Oct. 29, 2024, police were contacted by a business reporting access device fraud on the 100 block of North 25th Street in North Lebanon Township. The investigation revealed that a former employee, identified as David Coon, 55, used a company fuel card from January to October 2024 to purchase fuel for personal use totaling $6,246.13 without authorization. Charges of felony access device fraud were filed against Coon on April 13.
Theft by unlawful taking, unlawful use of a computer, computer trespass – On March 13, police were contacted by a North Cornwall Township resident who reported having $14,820 removed from his bank accounts without his authorization. The investigation revealed that Keviel German, 29, fraudulently gained access to the victim’s online checking and savings accounts and transferred the money to an account she created with the same financial institution. Police charged German with felony theft by unlawful taking, felony unlawful use of a computer, and felony computer trespass.
South Lebanon Township
Illegally operating a vehicle not equipped with ignition interlock – Around 5:23 p.m. April 12, police pulled over a vehicle driven by Dennis Mercado, 45, of Lebanon on East Walnut Street and Birch Road. The investigation revealed that Mercado was driving a vehicle not equipped with an ignition interlock system, as required by his operator license restrictions.
Evading arrest or detention on foot – Around 12:39 a.m. April 18, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Cumberland Street and identified a backseat passenger as Elvin Matute-Altreche, 23, who had an active arrest warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office. Matute-Altreche fled on foot during attempts to arrest him on the outstanding warrant. Police charged Matute-Altreche with misdemeanor evading arrest or detention on foot.
Drug possession, periods for requiring lighted lamps – Around 10:58 p.m. April 10, police pulled over a vehicle on the 600 block of East Walnut Street and identified the driver as Cielo Makoto Torres, 35, who was in possession of marijuana. Police charged Makoto Torres with possession of marijuana and summary periods for requiring lighted lamps.
DUI – At 5:15 p.m. March 20, police pulled over a vehicle driven by William Lewis, 66, on the 1800 block of South Fifth Avenue. Police determined that Lewis was under the influence of alcohol. A blood test revealed that Lewis’ BAC was 0.210% at the time of the traffic stop. Police charged Lewis with DUI-highest rate of alcohol and DUI-general impairment.
Road closure – Fonderwhite Road will be closed between Evergreen Road and Larkspur Lane on Monday, April 28, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Allow extra travel time and plan routes accordingly.

South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 4:55 p.m. April 18, police responded to the 00 block of Palmyra Road for a two-vehicle crash with reported injuries. A vehicle driven by a 61-year-old Palmyra man attempted to pull out from an alley to make a left turn onto Palmyra Road when it was struck by a vehicle driven by a 23-year-old Newmanstown woman traveling south on Palmyra Road in the left turn lane. Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company, Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Police, and First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon assisted on the scene. Police transported a front-seat passenger, a 65-year-old Palmyra woman, to Hershey Medical Center for further treatment.
Vehicle accident – At 7:35 a.m. April 22, police responded to Gingrich Road at the turnpike bridge for a single-vehicle crash with reported injuries after a 67-year-old Annville woman struck the bridge. The woman reported being in pain and was transported to Hershey Medical Center for treatment. Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company, Lawn Volunteer Fire Company, Mount Gretna Fire Police, and First Aid and Safety Patrol of Lebanon assisted on the scene.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Possession of counterfeit documents – Charges of misdemeanor possession of counterfeit documents and four summary traffic violations were filed against Archie Massaquoi, 52, after a traffic stop on the 00 block of North Duke Street in Palmyra on April 9. Massaquoi was found to be driving with a suspended driver’s license, no insurance, and counterfeit inspection stickers. This is the third time Massaquoi has been caught with fake inspection stickers on his vehicle, police said.
Found property – On April 20, police took possession of a set of keys, including a house key, a Kia vehicle key, and several key chains, which were found on the street on the 100 block of East Locust Street in Annville. The owner may come to the police department, 325 S. Railroad St., Suite 2, Palmyra, to claim the keys.
Theft from a motor vehicle – On April 6, police received a complaint of a theft from a motor vehicle at Lookenbill’s Automotive, 1315 E. Main St., Annville. The investigation revealed that Ryan Hunter, 35, unlawfully removed personal belongings from a person’s vehicle. On April 15, police filed a criminal complaint with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Hunter with misdemeanor theft from a motor vehicle.
Disorderly conduct, defiant trespass – Around 7:13 a.m. April 23, police responded to Interfaith Manor, 101 S. Railroad St., Palmyra, for a report of an active disturbance and located Kenneth Lefevre Jr., 58, who was previously told that he was not permitted at Interfaith Manor. Police took Lefevre into custody, transported him to LCCB, and charged him with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary defiant trespass.
Rape of a child, sexual assault – On April 25, police filed a juvenile allegation against a 16-year-old male juvenile after an investigation that was initiated on Nov. 1, 2024. The juvenile is charged with felony rape of a child, felony sexual assault, and two counts of misdemeanor indecent assault of a child. The offenses began around 2022 and continued into 2024 on North Grant Street in Palmyra.
Retail theft – On April 16, charges were filed against Shirley Moore, 59, for misdemeanor retail theft after multiple incidents in February and March in which Moore stole $271.94 worth of items from Weis Markets in Palmyra.
Disorderly conduct – On April 14, a non-traffic citation was filed against a 16-year-old male and a 15-year-old male for incidents on March 21 and 30 at multiple locations inside the Orchard Hills Development, off East Spruce Street, Palmyra. Police charged the juveniles with summary disorderly conduct.
Bench warrants served, driving on a suspended license – Around 3:45 p.m. April 24, police pulled over a blue Chevrolet Trail Blazer on the 1200 block of East Main Street in Palmyra and identified the driver as Debra Mixell, 46, of Harrisburg. Police discovered that Mixell had an active warrant out of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, with the original charge being DUI. Police took Mixell into custody on the warrant, transported her to LCCB, and charged Mixell with summary driving on a suspended license. Police also identified a passenger in the vehicle as Christopher Reisinger, 42, and discovered that he had two active bench warrants out of the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear, with the original charges being retail theft and criminal trespass. Police took Reisinger into custody on the warrants and transported him to LCCB.
