The Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department arrested a 37-year-old Hershey man on Monday over multiple felony charges related to alleged sexual offenses against minors, following an investigation into incidents reported to have occurred in Annville Township.
Police took Matthew Bryce Koepke into custody on June 9 after investigating allegations dating from 2020 to 2022, which were first reported in August 2024.
Koepke faces multiple charges including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child, and two counts each of unlawful contact with a minor, endangering welfare of children, corruption of minors, and indecent assault. Additional charges include indecent exposure and simple assault.
Court documents list Koepke’s address as being in Hershey.
Magisterial District Judge Maria Dissinger arraigned Koepke on Tuesday, setting bail at $500,000. He was subsequently transported to Lebanon County Correctional Facility.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 26 in front of Magisterial District Judge David R. Warner Jr.
