Ceiling vents outside of the walk-in cooler intake/exhaust were observed with an accumulation of dust.
2 – 401.11 Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco
Food Employees ate in the prep area, as evidenced by a donut sitting on the counter next to baked cookies.
3 – 501.18 Ready-to-Eat, Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Disposition
Hot dogs, refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food, in the walk-in cooler area, were date-marked Sept. 19 by the facility, but were beyond the seven-day use or sell by date and required discarding.
2 – 102.11(A-C1)(C4-16) Person in Charge, Demonstration
The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility, as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection.
3 – 101.11 Safe, Unadulterated, and Honestly Presented
Peaches, apples, onions, and tomatoes were observed in the four-door refrigerator and the walk-in cooler area being spoiled/moldy and adulterated.
4 – 602.13 Non-Food Contact Surfaces
Industrial stand-up floor fan was observed with an accumulation of dust. Fan guards in the walk-in cooler were observed with dust and green and black matter.
3 – 303.12 Storage or Display of Food in Contact with Water or Ice
Condensation from the ceiling and the edges in the walk-in cooler dripped and ran down the walls. Condensation could possibly leak onto open foods.
4 – 601.11(A) Equipment, Food Contact Surfaces, Non-Food Contact Surfaces, and Utensils
Four scoops, three ladles, and a food slicer, food contact surfaces, were observed to have food residue and were not clean to sight and touch.
7 – 201.11 Separation-Storage
Heavy-duty cleaner, stainless steel cleaner, and Dawn dish soap were stored on the prep table by the microwave, and where the employee prepped vegetables and fruits.

Observed clean food equipment and/or utensils in the prep area, stored wet in a manner that did not allow for draining and/or air drying (wet nesting). **This Code violation has been observed at this facility on Sept. 23, 2020, Sept. 28, 2022, March 17, 2023, Sept. 27, 2024, Nov. 11, 2024, May 7, 2025, and again on Sept. 26, 2025.
