Cleona Borough received a Governor’s Award for Excellence in Local Government in 2023.

In response to the endorsement, Minnich stated:

“I am honored to receive this endorsement and proud to have the support of those who care as deeply about Cleona as I do. Together, we can keep Cleona a strong, vibrant community where families thrive.”
