The facility was cutting meat on the slicer; however, the facility was only cleaning the slicer one time per day instead of every four hours.

Facility had installed several additional pieces of refrigeration equipment. There were extension cords being used in order to operate this equipment, which is a violation of City Codes. The upper floors of the facility have residential apartments. The owner of the structure will need to correct this type of safety hazard and verify if the food facility has deviated from the plans that were approved when a Certificate of Occupancy was obtained.
