Food was held at 43-46°F in the kitchen/buffet refrigerator rather than 41°F or below as required. All food was voluntarily discarded, and the unit will be evaluated and repaired as needed. Assorted packages on the front of open refrigerated salad displays were held at 46-50°F. This case was 37°F four inches back from the front.
