Public drunkenness – Police charged a 36-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 11:10 p.m. Nov. 3 on the 1500 block of Willow Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 52-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 6 on the 400 block of South 8th Street.
Dogs running at large – On Nov. 3, police charged a 36-year-old man with dogs running at large after an incident at 10:50 a.m. Sept. 12 on the 300 block of North 1st Street.
Harassment – On Nov. 10, police charged a 53-year-old woman with harassment after an incident at 8:35 a.m. Oct. 19 on the 100 block of South 10th Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 50-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at 4 p.m. Nov. 12 on the 400 block of South 8th Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 30-year-old woman with public drunkenness after an incident at 5:55 p.m. Nov. 27 on the 00 block of Weidman Street.
Simple assault – Around 7:53 p.m. Nov. 26, police responded to the 500 block of East Cumberland Street for a domestic and took Michael Crenshaw, 53, into custody for simple assault (domestic violence-related).
Drug possession – Around 4 p.m. Sept. 5, police took Averyon Hill, 21, into custody on the 600 block of North 10th Street on an arrest warrant and found him to be in possession of a controlled substance. After receiving lab results, police charged Hill with possession of a controlled substance.
Simple assault – Around 7:40 p.m. Nov. 28, police responded to the 200 block of East Cumberland Street for a domestic incident between a father and his 27-year-old son. Police took Chad Sattazahn, 27, into custody for simple assault (domestic violence-related).
Retail theft – Around 10:53 a.m. Oct. 2, police responded to a local business for a theft investigation. Police determined that Nancy Roman, 56, took items including alcohol, food-related items, and cosmetics, on around 15 occasions without paying for them. Police charged Roman with retail theft.
Simple assault – Around 1 a.m. Nov. 30, police responded to the 400 block of Canal Street after a spousal argument turned physical. Police arrested Walter Ramirez, 31, for simple assault (domestic violence-related) and related charges.
DUI, harassment – Police responded to a disturbance call around 10:45 p.m. Aug. 21 on the 200 block of Chestnut Street and located one of the subjects operating a vehicle in the area. Police identified the subject as Tarajae Hernandez, 26, and charged Hernandez with DUI, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and harassment.
Spread holiday cheer with Cops and Candy Canes – The Lebanon City Police Department is excited to bring back Cops and Candy Canes this holiday season! From now through Monday, Dec. 22, officers will share smiles (and sweet treats!) with kids at the police department at 735 Cumberland St. Follow the festive peppermint trail when you enter the building, and it’ll lead you straight to the police department. Let staff know you’re here, and an officer will greet you with a warm smile and a candy cane. Visit Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. A huge thank you to the James Biever Police-Community Alliance for making this event possible and to Wertz Candies for generously donating all the candy canes. No Shave November 2025 has come to an end – Lebanon city police officers proudly participated in No Shave November, raising awareness and funds for cancer support. Thanks to their efforts, the police department donated $1,050 to WellSpan Sechler Family Cancer Center. A special thank you to director Erin Harding and her team for partnering with officers — and to our amazing community for embracing the bearded look for such a meaningful cause!

Lebanon County Regional
Traffic and curfew violations – At 1:49 a.m. Nov. 15, police discovered five juveniles in a vehicle, driving erratically in the area of Roberts Circle at North 8th Avenue in North Lebanon Township. Police cited the driver with several traffic violations and cited all occupants for violating the North Lebanon Township curfew ordinance.
Possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages – At 4:43 a.m. Nov. 25, police responded to the 100 block of North 11th Avenue in North Lebanon Township for a domestic incident. The investigation revealed that a 20-year-old man consumed alcohol while under the age of 21. Police charged the man with two counts of summary possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages.
Retail theft – At 8:12 p.m. Nov. 21, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township for a retail theft and found that a 15-year-old male stole two phone cases and an auxiliary cord from the electronics department. The loss to Walmart was $55. Police charged the juvenile with summary retail theft.
Possession of alcohol by a minor – On Nov. 21, police responded to the 1700 block of North 7th Street in North Lebanon Township for a domestic. Police found that a 19-year-old man was intoxicated and causing problems with family members and friends. Police charged the man with summary possession of alcohol by a minor.
Criminal trespass – On Dec. 1, police responded to the 1100 block of Garden Avenue in North Lebanon Township for a complaint that Brad Smith, 48, was at a residence in the area without permission. Police found Smith at the home, took him into custody, charged him with felony criminal trespass, and transported him to LCCB for arraignment.
Retail theft – Police charged Hervey Medina-Cruz, 47, with felony retail theft after an incident Nov. 3 at Fine Wine & Good Spirits in North Cornwall Township, where Medina-Cruz failed to pay the full price for a bottle of Jose Cuervo Tequila valued at $19.99.
DUI – At 1:26 a.m. Nov. 2, police pulled over a vehicle on Colebrook Road at Lilac Lane for traffic violations and found that the driver, Kai Worrell, 26, was operating the vehicle while under the influence. Police arrested Worrell and charged her with DUI-alcohol or controlled substance, general lighting requirements, and certificate of inspection required.
Traffic and curfew violations – At 1:29 a.m. Nov. 29, police pulled over a vehicle occupied by three juveniles on the 1600 block of Chestnut Street in North Cornwall Township. The juvenile driver was not licensed, and all three juveniles were in violation of curfew. They were released to their parents and citations were filed.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 12:21 p.m. Nov. 27, police charged a 24-year-old Palmyra man with duties at stop signs following a crash at South Lingle Avenue and Pajabon Drive. The crash occurred after the 24-year-old’s vehicle pulled out from Pajabon Drive in front of a vehicle driven by a 39-year-old Palmyra man.
Vehicle accident – At 1:05 p.m. Nov. 24, police responded to South Forge Road and Leon Avenue for a two-vehicle crash. A vehicle driven by a 32-year-old Palmyra resident pulled out from a stop sign on Leon Avenue and was struck by a vehicle driven by a 63-year-old Palmyra man as it was traveling south on South Forge Road. No injuries were reported. The 63-year-old’s vehicle was towed. A traffic citation was filed against the 32-year-old for pulling out without proper clearance. The citation was filed with MDJ Warner’s office.
Retail theft – At 6:25 a.m. Nov. 26, police responded to Walmart in Palmyra, where loss prevention had an employee who admitted to stealing and selling an Apple Watch on Nov. 21. Police charged Joshua Rosado, 26, of Lebanon, with misdemeanor retail theft.
South Lebanon Township
DUI, drug possession – At 2:14 a.m. Sept. 23, police stopped a vehicle on East Cumberland Street at Prescott Road driven by Esther Weiler, 46, of Myerstown. Police determined that Weiler was impaired by cocaine and methamphetamine and was in possession of methamphetamine and drug-related paraphernalia. Police charged Weiler with misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession – On Aug. 18, police responded to a call on the 1800 block of East Cumberland Street to assist Lebanon County Probation and discovered that Michael Beenick, 38, was in possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. Police charged Beenick with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Drug possession – On Nov. 22, police responded to the 400 block of Horst Avenue for a domestic. Police found Alexander Ortiz-Rivera, 27, to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and charged Ortiz-Rivera with misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
DUI – On Oct. 9, police pulled over a vehicle on State Drive near Lebanon Valley Parkway and determined that the driver, David Waltermeyer, 35, was impaired due to the influence of THC, a schedule 1 controlled substance. Police charged Waltermeyer with DUI-controlled substance and driving vehicle at safe speed.
South Londonderry Township
Criminal mischief – Between Nov. 9 and 18, police received four reports of vandalism to glass windows of homes on Lawn and Fox roads in Palmyra. Police determined the incidents involved intentional damage by objects being thrown at the windows. The cases remain under investigation. Anyone with information regarding these incidents is encouraged to contact South Londonderry Township Police.
Vehicle accident – At 8:23 a.m. Nov. 29, a crash occurred on I-76 West at mile marker 262.6 in an emergency pull-off on the shoulder. A 2020 Freightliner M was parked at the pull-off when the driver removed his foot from the service brake and the Freightliner rolled forward, knocking down a “No Parking” sign and becoming stuck in a grassy area. No injuries were reported. Police charged the driver with operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.
Vehicle accident – At 5:23 a.m. Dec. 2, a crash occurred on I-76 East near mile marker 262.1 involving a 2018 Hino driven by a 30-year-old Campbell, Ohio, man. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the man with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Vehicle accident – At 3:25 p.m. Dec. 1, a 2010 BMW 328I and a 2021 Cadillac XT4 were traveling east on I-76 near mile marker 260 when the Cadillac moved into the left lane to pass another vehicle. The BMW also turned into the left lane and was following the Cadillac too closely. The Cadillac braked and was rear-ended by the BMW. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Police charged the BMW driver with drivers required to be licensed and the Cadillac driver with the regulation of traffic on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Vehicle accident – At 7:50 a.m. Dec. 2, a crash occurred on I-76 West near mile marker 262.1 as a 2024 Ford F150XLT driven by a 41-year-old Phoenixville man lost traction on the slush-covered road on curve, exited the road and entered a ditch before striking a fence and a tree. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. Police charged the man with driving vehicle at safe speed.
Vehicle accident – At 10 a.m. Dec. 2, a crash occurred on I-76 near mile marker 260.7. A 2025 Nissan Sentra was traveling west in the left lane when the driver lost control and struck the concrete median and sustained functional damage to its front-end.
Vehicle accident – At 9:57 a.m. Dec. 2, a crash occurred on I-76 East near mile marker 262.4 as a 2015 Toyota 4-Runner driven by a 44-year-old Frederick, Maryland, man was traveling through a curve in the road and started to merge into the right lane when the rear of the Toyota began to slide. The driver lost control and slid into a high embankment before overturning and spinning. Passing motorists pushed the Toyota from the right lane to the right shoulder. The driver was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries.
Vehicle accident – At 11:37 a.m. Dec. 2, police responded to the area of Colebrook and Elizabethtown roads for a crash. Police made contact with the driver, a 34-year-old Lebanon man, who said he lost control of his vehicle on the snow-covered road and struck a guide rail end. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Swatara Township
Drug possession – At 2:32 p.m. Nov. 26, a Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program inspection was conducted on a combination on the 2200 block of SR 72. Police found that the driver, Jakobe Haines, 25, of Morrow, Georgia, was in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police processed Haines, charged him, and released him.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances – A charge of misdemeanor illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances was filed against Andrew Briggs, 27, for an incident Nov. 15 on East Ridge Road in Palmyra.
Accidents involving personal injury, duty to give information and render aid – At 6:54 a.m. Nov. 12, police were called to the intersection of Railroad and Oak streets in Palmyra for a hit-and-run with injuries. Police located a juvenile who suffered injuries after being hit while crossing the street. The driver fled the scene. After an investigation, police identified the driver as Shane Kramer, 50. On Nov. 13, charges of misdemeanor accidents involving personal injury, summary duty to give information and render aid, summary immediate notice of accident to police, summary right of way to pedestrians in crosswalk, and summary general lighting requirements were filed against Kramer.
Simple assault, harassment, public drunkenness – Around 7:44 a.m. Nov. 19, police responded to the 200 block of West Sheridan Avenue in Annville for a report of a disturbance and determined that Michael Reedy, 31, of Palmyra, struck another person twice over the head with a chair. On Nov. 25, a criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Ditzler’s office, charging Reedy with misdemeanor simple assault, summary harassment, and summary public drunkenness.
Accidents involving personal injury, careless driving – Around 4:10 a.m. July 31, police responded to the area of North White Oak Street and Heisey Road in Annville for a motorcycle crash. Police found the passenger of the motorcycle to be severely injured. The driver and owner of the motorcycle, Joshua Hymans, 29, fled the scene. Police charged Hymans on Nov. 17 with misdemeanor accidents involving personal injury, summary careless driving, and summary failure to give information and render aid.
DUI – Around 9:33 p.m. Oct. 17, police pulled over a vehicle in the area of South Locust and West Walnut streets in Palmyra for an equipment violation. Police identified the driver as Chad Hultquist, 46, who was arrested for DUI. Hultquist’s BAC was greater than 0.3% at the time of the stop. Charges of misdemeanor DUI-general impairment, misdemeanor DUI-highest rate, and summary general lighting requirement were filed against Hultquist.
Simple assault, harassment – Around 3:16 p.m. Dec. 3, police responded to the 300 block of West Main Street in Palmyra for a report of a physical domestic dispute and determined that Ronald Wyatt Jr., 41, assaulted another person, causing multiple injuries. Wyatt was taken into custody, transported to LCCB, and charged with misdemeanor simple assault (domestic violence-related) and summary harassment.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 66-year-old Palmyra man with public drunkenness for an incident around 9:17 p.m. Nov. 22 in the area of Cherry and Locust streets, Palmyra.
Criminal mischief – Police charged a 14-year-old Annville male with criminal mischief for an incident at around 12:45 a.m. Oct. 31 on the 300 block of Palm City Park in Annville.
