Bon appétit!
While returning from a day out, I was down in the far reaches of the Valley and decided to stop off for a meal that I didn’t need to make myself. Those are the best meals! For this, I realized I was close to Kleinfeltersville, so I was going to stop by K-ville Tavern.
This standalone restaurant is in a quiet village in the southeast corner of the Valley along Route 897. They offer a pub menu featuring wings, appetizers, burgers, and main entrees, as well as a weekend special menu. They are also a 2024 LVFC Fan Choice Favorite of the Valley runner-up!

For my meal tonight, I started with a bowl of French onion soup ($7) and had the PB&J Burger ($15) with french fries added as a side.
The French onion soup is loaded with plenty of toasted cheese on top of the crock. The strong onion flavor comes from the plentiful amount of onions within. The crouton is large and the soup was a great beginning to my meal tonight.

The PB&J burger is an 8oz Fresh Black Angus Patty Topped with Bacon, Chunky Peanut Butter and a Sweet Grape Jam. For me, there is something about warm peanut butter on a burger that makes it hard to pass up. While the jam was leaking out, the burger itself wasn’t messy. The meat patties have a simple seasoning blend allowing for the flavor of the toppings on your burger to stand out.

Our take: We have been here a few times and each time we have not been disappointed. The burgers are well crafted; the apps and wings are great as well. The atmosphere is vibrant during the evenings. It may be a little extra drive to get here for some, but it is worth the extra miles.
