Bethel Township
Theft by deception – At 4:43 p.m. Feb. 25, a 70-year-old Fredericksburg woman reported that someone used her Bank of America Visa card to order a Nintendo Switch for $528.94 from Walmart in Lebanon. At the time of the release, police had identified no leads.
City of Lebanon
Harassment – Police charged a 76-year-old man with harassment after an incident around 4 a.m. Feb. 2 on the 300 block of Chestnut Street.
Retail theft – Police charged a 26-year-old man with retail theft after an incident around 5:30 p.m. Feb. 5 on the 400 block of North 5th Street.
Harassment – Police charged a 79-year-old woman with harassment after an incident around 11:30 p.m. Feb. 5 on the 800 block of Willow Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 51-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 11 p.m. Feb. 8 on the 200 block of Lehman Street.
Transportation, possession, or consumption in public places – Police charged a 24-year-old man with transportation, possession, or consumption in public places after an incident around 2 p.m. Feb. 10 on the 1000 block of Cumberland Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 27-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident around 8:45 p.m. Feb. 11 on the 200 block of North Lincoln Avenue.
Retail theft, public drunkenness – Police charged a 48-year-old man with retail theft and public drunkenness after an incident around 12:30 p.m. Feb. 23 on the 1100 block of Federal Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 34-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident around 7:30 a.m. Feb. 28 in the area of 4th and Mifflin streets.
Drug possession – On Nov. 18, police responded to the 00 block of North 12th Street for a man using narcotics inside a home. Police identified Joes Negron-Anciani, 42, as the suspected narcotics user and located narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Upon receipt of lab test results, police charged Negron-Anciani with possession of a controlled substance.
DUI – Around 10:20 a.m. Jan. 4, police responded to 8th and Oak streets for a well-being check. Police encountered Alexis King, 35, unconscious, seated in the driver’s seat of a running vehicle in a travel lane. Police were able to safely place the vehicle in park before waking King, then determined that she was under the influence of a controlled substance. Police arrested King for DUI-controlled substance.
Endangering the welfare of children – Around midnight Jan. 16, police received a call from a young child who was home alone. Police located the child, verified he was alone, and determined that his father was Patrick Therland, 36. Police remained at the home for hours attempting to reach Therland. Eventually, Therland arrived at the police station enquiring about the whereabouts of his son. Police charged Therland with endangering the welfare of children.
Retail theft – Around 6 p.m. Feb. 14, police responded to the 800 block of Bowman Street for a retail theft. Police reviewed footage of the incident and observed an unidentified man leaving the store with items without paying for them. Police later identified the subject as Isaac Shedrick, 45, and charged him with felony retail theft while he was in custody for an outstanding arrest warrant stemming from another incident.
Hit-and-run – Around 12:50 p.m. Feb. 23, police responded to the 200 block of Walnut Street for a hit-and-run and obtained the registration of the striking vehicle that had fled the scene. Police made contact with the driver, Aleem Powell, 19, and charged him with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.
Drug possession – Around 4 p.m. Feb. 26, police apprehended Elvin Vazquez-Ramos, 46, on the 400 block of North 9th Street, on an outstanding arrest warrant and charged Vazquez-Ramos with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Simple assault – On March 3, police received a report of a domestic incident that occurred the day before. It was reported that Randy Martinez-Antigua, 30, caused injury to another subject while fighting over personal property. Police arrested Martinez-Antigua and charged him with simple assault (domestic violence-related).
Firearms not to be carried without a license – Around 1:30 p.m. March 4, police responded to the 100 block of North 12th Street for a report of gunshots fired. Police located a group of individuals who were suspected of being involved in the incident. Police searched Luis Alvarado-Reyes, 20, and located a firearm concealed on his person. Police took Alvarado-Reyes into custody and charged him with felony firearms not to be carried without a license and discharging firearms prohibited.
Drug possession, resisting arrest – Around 3:15 p.m. March 5, police served a warrant on Ivonne Delarosa, 53, on the 400 block of North 8th Street. In the process of taking Delarosa into custody, police located a controlled substance and related paraphernalia. Police charged Delarosa with possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.
Theft of laundry – On Feb. 5, the pictured subject removed clothes from a laundromat at 806 Quentin Road. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Lebanon City Police or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

Fourth annual Umbrella Walk honoring Lt. William D. Lebo – Join the Lebanon City Police Department in honoring the life and legacy of Lt. William D. Lebo at the fourth annual Umbrella Walk on Tuesday, March 31. The walk will begin at 4 p.m. at Optimist Park, following the Rail Trail to 8th Street, passing the former Lebanon City Police Department, and continuing on to City Hall on Cumberland Street.
Why the umbrella?
Lt. Lebo walked to work every day, rain or shine, carrying his green‑and‑white golf umbrella. It became a symbol of his readiness, reflection, and dedication. Those umbrellas still rest by the doors today … just in case.
For 40 years, Lt. Lebo served the city of Lebanon with devotion and integrity. The Umbrella Walk celebrates his legacy and honors all who serve and protect.

Jackson Township
Vehicle accident – Around 1:10 p.m. March 2, a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus driven by a 75-year-old Myerstown man was in the parking lot of Marks Exxon and entering East Lincoln Avenue to turn left (west). A 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by a 31-year-old Bethel woman, accompanied by an infant girl, was traveling east on East Lincoln Avenue when the Lincoln entered the road without yielding to traffic, which caused the collision. The man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The woman was wearing a seatbelt, sustained a possible injury, and was evaluated by the Myerstown First Aid Unit. The infant was in a rear-facing child safety seat, sustained no injuries, and was evaluated by the Myerstown First Aid Unit. Zimmey’s Towing towed both vehicles from the scene. Myerstown Fire Department assisted on the scene. Police charged the man with vehicle entering or crossing the roadway.
Lebanon County Regional
Drug possession – Around 9:24 a.m. Oct. 16, police responded to the Walmart Distribution Center in North Lebanon Township for a disturbance. Police found that a subject involved in the disturbance, Moniko Harris, 30, was in possession of marijuana. Police charged Harris with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
DUI – Around 5:11 p.m. Nov. 24, police responded to Cedar Crest Square in North Cornwall Township for a crash. Police learned that Denise Hess, 50, was attempting to leave the parking lot and struck another vehicle while under the influence. Upon receipt of her blood test results, police charged Hess with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance.
Criminal mischief – Police charged a 61-year-old man with summary criminal mischief after an incident Dec. 19 on the 100 block of Highland Glen Street in North Cornwall Township in which the man damaged another subject’s vehicle.
DUI – Around 1:57 a.m. Jan. 10, police pulled over a vehicle at South 22nd and West Cumberland streets in North Cornwall Township for a traffic violation. The driver, Beverly Whitman, 60, was driving under the influence. Upon receipt of her blood test results, police charged Whitman with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or controlled substance and summary turning movements and required signals.
DUI – Around 12:59 a.m. Feb. 4, police stopped a vehicle on the 1400 block of Weavertown Road in North Lebanon Township for traffic violations. The driver, Abimael Pagan-Vera, was driving while under the influence. Upon receipt of the blood test results, police charged Pagan-Vera with two counts of misdemeanor DUI-alcohol or a controlled substance, summary registration and certificate of title required, summary certificate of inspection required, and summary turn signals and hazard lights.
Fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, reckless driving – At 9:06 p.m. Feb. 21, police attempted to pull over a vehicle on the 2200 block of West Cumberland Street in West Lebanon Township. The vehicle fled from police at a high rate of speed while illegally passing vehicles and failing to stop at a stop sign. Police located the vehicle a short time later and determined that Colton Allen, 22, was operating the vehicle. Police charged Allen with misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, summary operation following suspension of registration, summary reckless driving, summary no passing zone, and summary duties at a stop sign.
Arrest warrant served – On March 2, the Newark Police Department apprehended Austin Root, 36, in Newark, Delaware, on an arrest warrant out of the Lebanon County Regional Police Department stemming from a theft investigation on the 2500 block of West Cumberland Street in North Cornwall Township, which took place on or around Jan. 2. Root was extradited from Delaware to Lebanon County.
Harassment – At 2 p.m. March 2, police responded to a harassment complaint on the 800 block of Justa Lane in North Lebanon Township. The investigation revealed that a 33-year-old man repeatedly sent texts and emails to the other subject after being told to stop. Police charged the man with summary harassment.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 3:52 p.m. Feb. 4, a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta was traveling east in the left lane on I-76 East. Near mile marker 259.5, the Jetta struck the rear mud flap assembly in the left lane that had come off a tractor-trailer. The Jetta sustained damage to its front left tire and front bumper. The tire was changed, and the vehicle was driven from the scene. No injuries were reported.
Vehicle accident – At 4:23 a.m. Feb. 8, a 2022 Hyundai Kona driven by a 20-year-old Mars woman was traveling west in the left lane on I-76 West near mile marker 259.9 when the Hyundai exited the lane of travel and struck the concrete center barrier. The Hyundai then crossed both westbound lanes of travel and struck a snow-covered embankment on the right shoulder. The woman was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Hyundai was towed from the scene by H&S Towing. Police charged the woman with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
Swatara Township
Vehicle accident – At 3:26 p.m. Feb. 25, a 2015 Honda Pilot was pulling onto Airport Way while a 2000 Honda Accord driven by a 36-year-old Dauphin man was traveling west on Airport Way. The Pilot failed to yield the right-of-way to the Accord, and the Accord swerved to the right to avoid striking the Pilot. The Accord then struck a utility pole on the right side of the road. The Dauphin man was wearing a seatbelt and sustained no injuries. The Accord sustained major front-end damage. Dale Richard’s Towing assisted on the scene. Police charged the Pilot driver with vehicle entering or crossing the roadway.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – Police charged a 49-year-old Annville man with disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, and harassment-physical contact after an incident at around 8:24 p.m. Feb. 2 at Rotunda Brewing Co. in Annville.
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – Police charged a 53-year-old Palmyra man with disorderly conduct, defiant trespass, and public drunkenness after an incident at around 8:53 p.m. Feb. 13 at the American Legion in Palmyra.
Retail theft – Police charged a 21-year-old Palmyra man with retail theft after an incident at around 4:47 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Sheetz in Palmyra.
Underage drinking – Police charged a 20-year-old Palmyra man with underage drinking after an incident at around 11:14 p.m. Feb. 25 on the 500 block of South Forge Road in Palmyra.
Harassment – Police charged a 61-year-old Palmyra resident with harassment-physical contact after an incident at around 9:20 a.m. Feb. 17 on the 300 block of North Railroad Street in Palmyra.
DUI – At 8:35 p.m. Jan. 17, police responded to the 100 block of West Church Street in Annville for a report of an intoxicated driver who struck a vehicle. Police found the vehicle in the area, with the driver passed out at the wheel. Police identified the driver as Cindy Shaffer, 54, and observed her showing multiple signs of impairment. Police arrested Shaffer for suspicion of DUI and charged her with misdemeanor DUI-general impairment and summary accidents involving unattended vehicles. Charges were filed through MDJ Ditzler’s office on Feb. 14.
Defiant trespass – Around 12:57 a.m. Jan. 18, police responded to the Corvette Bar & Grill in Annville for a disturbance and determined that Derrick Sherk, 41, had struck a patron and was previously told by police that he was not permitted on the property. On Feb. 14, police charged Sherk with misdemeanor defiant trespass through MDJ Ditzler’s office.
Hit-and-run – At 2:17 a.m. Feb. 21, police responded to the intersection of West Main Street and Lingle Avenue in Palmyra for a hit-and-run crash. Police determined that the driver, James Heffley II, 44, fled the scene without stopping to give information and render aid. A criminal complaint was filed with MDJ Warner’s office against Heffley for misdemeanor accidents involving damage to attended vehicles, summary duty to give information and render aid, and a summary traffic violation.
