Families across Lebanon County are invited to attend Healthy Kids Day, a free, family-friendly event focused on promoting healthy, active lifestyles for kids and families.

The event will take place on Saturday, April 25 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA, located at 201 N. 7th Street, Lebanon. A rain date is scheduled for Sunday, April 26 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. 

Presented by the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA and the Community Health Council of Lebanon County, Healthy Kids Day will feature a wide variety of activities designed to engage children and connect families with community resources.

Attendees can enjoy:

  • Children’s crafts and hands-on activities 
  • Face painting 
  • Animals 
  • Bounce houses 
  • Music and entertainment 
  • The Kinetic Kreations Snow Cone Wheel 
  • Cool Beans Brew Coffee Truck 

“Healthy Kids Day is all about creating opportunities for families to come together, have fun, and learn about ways to support their health and well-being,” said Christie Unger, Director of Marketing at the Lebanon YMCA . “We’re excited to bring the community together for a day that encourages active play, connection, and access to local resources.”

Healthy Kids Day is part of a national YMCA initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families by promoting physical activity, healthy eating, and positive habits.
