Public drunkenness, drug possession – Police charged Sharon Reedy, 57, with public drunkenness, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia after a wellness check around 3 a.m. Feb. 13 on the 200 block of East Cumberland Street.
DUI, drug possession – Police charged Eric Rios, 36, with DUI and possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop around 10:45 p.m. Feb. 28 on the 00 block of East Lehman Street.
Theft from a motor vehicle – Police charged Cody Schucker, 33, with theft from a motor vehicle after video evidence was obtained of him entering a parked vehicle and removing property at around 6:30 a.m. April 27 on the 400 block of Walnut Street.
Aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, DUI, disorderly conduct – Police charged Keesha Howell, 25, with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, DUI, and disorderly conduct after an investigation into an intoxicated driver around 12 a.m. May 1 on the 1200 block of Cumberland Street.
Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, resisting arrest, reckless driving – Police charged Jerome Cicero, 46, with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, resisting arrest, reckless driving, and driving while suspended after he was observed around 4:15 a.m. May 1 operating a vehicle the wrong way on the 700 block of Cumberland Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Lawrence Graves, 38, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after an incident around 2 a.m. May 3 on the 500 block of Weidman Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Alfredo Rivera-Lugo, 35, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was taken into custody for an outstanding arrest warrant. Police apprehended Rivera-Lugo around 2 p.m. May 4 on the 00 block of North 7th Street.
Simple assault – Police charged Emanuel Rodriguez Marin, 24, with simple assault (domestic violence-related) after they responded to a domestic call around 3:15 a.m. May 5 on the 800 block of Federal Street.
False identification to law enforcement – Police charged Wilfredo Santana-Santiago, 55, with false identification to law enforcement after he provided false information to police in an attempt to avoid being arrested on an active warrant at around noon May 5 on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.
Parking prohibitions – Police charged a 32-year-old man with parking prohibitions after an incident around noon April 3 on the 00 block of North 6th Street.
Open container – Police charged a 64-year-old woman with open container after an incident around 3:20 p.m. April 8 on the 700 block of Lehman Street.
Prohibited discharges – Police charged a 53-year-old man with prohibited discharges after an incident around 9 p.m. March 29 on the 400 block of North 11th Street.
Open container – Police charged a 64-year-old woman with open container after an incident around 7 p.m. April 10 on the 700 block of Willow Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 41-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident around 2:30 p.m. April 11 on the 400 block of North 9th Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 57-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 2:15 a.m. April 8 on the 800 block of Chestnut Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 67-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 12:36 p.m. April 17 on the 600 block of Linden Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 36-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 6 a.m. April 18 on the 200 block of North 8th Street.
Theft of mail – Police charged a 67-year-old man with theft of mail after an incident around 1:30 p.m. Dec. 16 on the 500 block of North 7th Street. The officer investigating the case identified the man in April.
Harassment – Police charged a 40-year-old woman with harassment after an incident around 9 a.m. April 21 on the 900 block of Guilford Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 56-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 7:30 p.m. April 24 at 6th and Cumberland streets.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 38-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 8 p.m. April 25 on the 1100 block of Federal Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 60-year-old woman with public drunkenness after an incident around 6:45 p.m. April 23 on the 100 block of South 12th Street.
Disorderly conduct, public drunkenness – Police charged a 42-year-old man with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident around 6 p.m. April 28 on the 1600 block of Green Lane.
Harassment – Police charged a 26-year-old man with harassment after an incident around noon April 22 on the 100 block of Cumberland Street.
Harassment – Police charged a 61-year-old man with harassment after an incident around 2:15 p.m. April 22 on the 300 block of Chestnut Street.
Public drunkenness – Police charged a 56-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident around 7:30 p.m. April 24 at 6th and Cumberland streets.
North Londonderry Township
Drug possession, expired inspection – Police charged Justin Meily, 40, of Palmyra, with possession of a designer drug and expired inspection after he was stopped at 3:08 p.m. Jan. 24 on the 1300 block of East Main Street in Palmyra for the expired inspection and was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana.
Vehicle accident, careless driving – Around 8:10 a.m. April 30, police responded to the 1100 block of West Main Street in Annville for a two-vehicle crash with rollover. A 23-year-old Dillsburg man fell asleep behind the wheel, drove into oncoming traffic, and struck a vehicle driven by a 62-year-old Annville woman, causing the man’s vehicle to roll over. The woman’s vehicle spun out of control and came to rest in a field just off the road. The man sustained a bloody nose. The woman suffered injuries and was transported to Hershey Medical Center. Both vehicles sustained major damage and were towed from the scene by Blatt & Tillett. Police charged the man with careless driving.
South Lebanon Township
Endangering the welfare of children – Around 8:25 p.m. Dec. 17, police responded to the Lebanon Valley Business Park for a report of child abuse. A 9-year-old juvenile was left unattended inside a vehicle for about three hours while the father was inside a nearby workplace. The vehicle was turned off, the keys were left inside, and the outside temperature was about 35 degrees. The juvenile had no means to contact assistance and was found upset and crying. Police determined that the juvenile’s welfare had been endangered and charged the father, Eliezer Tirado-Negron, 54, with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of children.
DUI, drug possession – Around 5:30 p.m. Dec. 24, police pulled over a vehicle on the 200 block of Prescott Road after observing a vehicle cross the center line multiple times. Police identified the driver as Michael Dalonzo, 65, and observed him displaying signs of impairment. Dalonzo admitted to recently using methamphetamine and was found to be in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine and marijuana. Police conducted field sobriety testing and took Dalonzo into custody for suspicion of DUI-controlled substance. A legal blood draw was obtained, and laboratory results later confirmed the presence of multiple controlled substances in Dalonzo’s system, including methamphetamine. Police charged Dalonzo with misdemeanor DUI-controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
Drug possession, driving while suspended – Around 2:47 p.m. Jan. 4, police pulled over a vehicle on the 600 block of East Cumberland Street and said the driver, Bryan Rebman, 46, was in possession of a controlled substance and did not have a valid driver’s license. Police charged Rebman with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and summary driving while suspended, DUI-controlled substance-related.
Driving while suspended – Around 10:45 p.m. Feb. 27, police pulled over a vehicle on the 1500 block of King Street for equipment violations. Police identified the driver as Carlos Cruz-Ruiz, 28, and found him to be driving while suspended in relation to a DUI charge. Further investigation revealed that Cruz-Ruiz had multiple prior offenses for driving while suspended in relation to DUI charges. Police charged Cruz-Ruiz with misdemeanor driving while suspended, DUI-related, third or subsequent offense.
DUI – Around 2:31 a.m. March 7, police pulled over a vehicle on South 5th Avenue at Charles Street after observing a vehicle weaving and crossing road lines. Police identified the driver as Jessica Hartle, 49, and observed her displaying signs of impairment. Hartle admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to driving. Police took Hartle into custody for suspicion of DUI and transported her for a legal blood draw. Laboratory results revealed that Hartle’s BAC was 0.173%. Police charged Hartle with misdemeanor DUI-incapable of safe driving and misdemeanor DUI-highest rate of alcohol, 0.16% or greater.
Drug possession – Around 9:42 p.m. March 14, police pulled over a vehicle on the 500 block of East Cumberland Street. Police made contact with the occupants and detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The occupants admitted to recently smoking marijuana and were unable to provide valid medical marijuana cards. Police located about 50 grams of suspected marijuana inside the vehicle. The substance later field tested positive for marijuana. Police charged David Ramirez-Maymi, 36, with possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance.
False identification to law enforcement – Around 10:37 a.m. April 14, police pulled over a vehicle on the 700 block of East Cumberland Street, identified the driver as Wilfredo Prado-Perez, and confirmed that he was driving while suspended. During the stop, a passenger provided false identifying information after being advised that he was the subject of an official investigation. Police identified the passenger as Raymond Rodriguez, 45, who was found to have an active warrant out of the Lebanon County Sheriff’s Office. Rodriguez fled the scene prior to being taken into custody and was not located. Police charged Rodriguez with misdemeanor false identification to law enforcement.
Jason Rivera homicide – It has been over four years since 13-year-old Jason Rivera’s life was taken. His case remains unsolved. South Lebanon Township Police know someone knows something. Circumstances change. Loyalties change. Consciences change. To the person — or persons — who know what happened, it’s time to do the right thing. The police department’s got you. You can remain anonymous. Let Jason finally rest in peace — with his killer behind bars.
The police department is once again asking for anyone with information about Jason Rivera’s death to come forward. Someone out there is holding onto answers. Whatever the reason, it’s time to set it aside. The police department needs you. Jason’s family needs you. It may be the hardest thing you ever do — but it’s the right thing.
What the police department knows:
Around 9:03 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2022, police responded to the parking area of 350 Vine St. for a shooting. Officers found Jason in the lot with apparent gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries.

South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident, driving a vehicle at a safe speed – At 12:16 p.m. May 4, a 2023 Peterbilt was traveling into the Lawn Service Plaza. The driver of the Peterbilt related that he suffered from a prostate condition and needed to use the restroom immediately. The driver entered the exit ramp too fast, and the Peterbilt struck a construction sign to the left of the ramp. The sign became lodged under the Peterbilt’s cab. The driver was able to move the Peterbilt to a parking stall to await roadside assistance to remove the sign. Police charged the driver with driving a vehicle at a safe speed.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, driving while suspended – At 11:59 p.m. April 23, police pulled over a vehicle on the 900 block of East Main Street in Palmyra and identified the driver as Duane Jones Jr., 40. The vehicle displayed a counterfeit license plate and had no insurance, registration, or inspection. Jones also had a suspended driver’s license. Police charged Jones with misdemeanor altered, forged, or counterfeit documents and plates, summary driving while suspended, summary driving an unregistered vehicle, summary required financial responsibility, summary operation of a vehicle without a certificate of inspection, and summary fraudulent use of registration.
Simple assault, harassment – At 12:42 a.m. April 24, police responded to the 200 block of West Sheridan Avenue in Annville for a domestic dispute. Police identified Ruby Quintana, 22, and determined that she assaulted another subject, causing injuries. Police arrested Quintana on charges of misdemeanor simple assault (domestic violence-related) and summary harassment. Police transported Quintana to LCCB without incident.
