Public drunkenness – Police charged a 35-year-old man with public drunkenness after an incident at around 1:45 a.m. July 3 on the 700 block of Cumberland Street.
Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 34-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at around 1:45 a.m. July 4 on the 00 block of North 9th Street.
Harassment – Police charged a 46-year-old woman with harassment after an incident at around 4:15 a.m. June 17 on the 200 block of South 4th Street.
Fireworks violation – Police charged a 22-year-old resident with a fireworks violation after an incident at around 10:30 p.m. July 4 on the 300 block of East Scull Street.
Fireworks violation – Police charged a 44-year-old man with a fireworks violation after an incident at around 10:45 p.m. July 4 on the 100 block of Walton Street.
Fireworks violation – Police charged a 26-year-old man with a fireworks violation after an incident at around 9:30 p.m. July 4 on the 100 block of Meily Street.

Disorderly conduct – Police charged a 26-year-old man with disorderly conduct after an incident at around 7:30 p.m. July 18.
DUI – Police charged Eric Perry, 60, with DUI after an incident at around 4 p.m. March 26 on the 200 block of North 12th Street.
Neglect of animals – Police charged Nanushka Rivera-Echavarry, 33, and Luis Rivera-Echavarry, 36, with neglect of animals after an incident at around 1 p.m. April 6 on the 700 block of North 5th Street.
Firearm not to be carried without a license, possession of firearm prohibited – Police charged Moris Gregg-Sandy, 28, with firearm not to be carried without a license and possession of firearm prohibited after an incident at around 11 p.m. April 14 on the 1100 block of Old Cumberland Street.
DUI – Police charged Tatiana Medina Rosado, 39, with DUI and careless driving after an incident at around 4 p.m. April 26 on the 300 block of North 7th Street.
Drug possession – Police charged Wilson Echavarria-Mercado, 41, with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at around 5:30 p.m. May 11 on the 300 block of North 8th Street.
Drug possession, public drunkenness – Police charged Joseph Green, 67, with possession of a designer drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness after an incident at around 10:40 p.m. May 16 at Decatur and Scull streets.
Cruelty to animals, neglect of animals – Police charged Efrain Rivera Torres, 57, with cruelty to animals, false reports, and neglect of animals after an investigation into a found dog call at around 9:30 a.m. May 29 on the 800 block of Locust Street.
Driving while suspended, reckless driving – Police charged Bethany Grumbine, 40, with driving while suspended, failure to stop at a red signal, reckless driving, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, and duties at a stop sign after an incident at around 6 a.m. June 19 at 4th and Willow streets.
Hit-and-run crash, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer – Police charged Carl Nelson, 29, with hit-and-run crash, failure to stop at a red signal, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, and evading arrest or detention on foot after an incident at around 12:45 a.m. July 3 at 10th and Chestnut streets.
Cruelty to animals, trespass – Police charged Delmar Oliver, 57, with cruelty to animals and trespass after an incident at around 8 p.m. July 11 on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street.

The Lebanon City Police Department will conduct a physical agility test on Saturday, Sept. 12, at 9 a.m., with the location TBD. Following the successful completion of the test, the police department will conduct a written examination, for which the city of Lebanon will waive the $35 fee. Lebanon County Regional
Aggravated cruelty to animal, disorderly conduct – At 8:30 p.m. April 17, police investigated an animal cruelty case originating in the 2000 block of Church Street in West Lebanon Township. Police said that on or about April 16 at 9 p.m., Holly Ondeck, 50, neglected to provide veterinary care for her dog after it sustained injuries, resulting in the dog’s death, then placed the dog in a cooler and left it on the front porch of a home on the 300 block of North 5th Street, Lebanon. Police charged Ondeck with felony aggravated cruelty to animal, misdemeanor neglect of animal, and summary disorderly conduct. Lebanon City Police and the PA SPCA assisted with the investigation.
Theft – At around 7:21 p.m. June 29, police responded to Kohl’s in North Cornwall Township for a theft and determined that a 17-year-old female employee was stealing from the cash register over a period of time totaling $240. Police charged the juvenile with misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking or disposition.
Firearms not to be carried without a license, loitering and prowling at nighttime – On June 30, police were on foot patrol in the area of the North Cornwall Common Apartments due to recent vehicle thefts and break-ins. At around 2:40 a.m., police observed three suspects wearing masks and hoods fleeing the area. Police apprehended one of the suspects and identified him as Johnathan Ramos, 27. Police found Ramos to be in possession of a firearm that he discarded while fleeing the area. Police charged Ramos with felony firearms not to be carried without a license, misdemeanor loitering and prowling at nighttime, misdemeanor evading arrest or detention on foot, and misdemeanor possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Defiant trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime – At 12:47 a.m. July 17, police responded to the 1300 block of Colebrook Road in North Cornwall Township for a trespass complaint involving a man on the roof. An investigation revealed that Geromar Rivera-Serrano, 18, was trespassing and prowling at the home. Police charged Rivera-Serrano with misdemeanor defiant trespass and misdemeanor loitering and prowling at nighttime and transported him to Lebanon County Central Booking.
Retail theft – At around 4:48 p.m. July 19, police responded to Walmart in North Lebanon Township after Marianna Cruz, 21, attempted to take merchandise worth $400.80 from the store. When employees tried to stop her, Cruz fled on foot and was later located and identified. Police found Cruz had one prior conviction for retail theft and charged her with misdemeanor retail theft.
Robbery, simple assault, harassment – At 3:57 p.m. July 20, police responded to the 2100 block of Penn Street in North Cornwall Township for a robbery. Police said Isaiah Daniels, 23, conspired with other suspects to steal a backpack. Another suspect motioned as if he had a firearm under his shirt, prompting the victim to surrender the backpack. Daniels pushed the victim and fled the scene in a vehicle. Swatara Township Police in Dauphin County later apprehended Daniels, who was held at Dauphin County Prison on other criminal matters. A felony warrant was obtained for his arrest by Lebanon County Regional Police, with the original charges being two counts of felony robbery, two counts of felony robbery-conspiracy, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor simple assault-conspiracy, misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking, misdemeanor theft by unlawful taking-conspiracy, and summary harassment. Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact Lebanon County Regional Police or submit a tip through CRIMEWATCH.

North Londonderry Township
Retail theft – On Aug. 7, police charged Adam Krall, 39, of Grantville, with felony retail theft after he failed to pay for merchandise at Walmart twice in June. On June 6, Krall failed to scan merchandise valued at $39.97. On June 16, Krall failed to scan merchandise valued at $65.27.
South Londonderry Township
Vehicle accident – At 3:29 p.m. July 30, police responded to the 2400 block of Horseshoe Pike for a crash. No injuries were reported. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 38-year-old Lebanon woman rear-ended a vehicle driven by a 21-year-old Mechanicsburg man.
Vehicle accident – At 3:29 p.m. July 30, police responded to Northside and Springbrook drives for a crash. No injuries were reported. Police determined that a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old Palmyra woman failed to yield to oncoming traffic while turning left, striking a vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Palmyra man.
Vehicle accident – At 3 p.m. July 31, police responded to Horseshoe Pike and South Forge Road for a crash. No injuries were reported. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 40-year-old Lebanon woman struck a vehicle driven by a 43-year-old Lancaster man while turning.
Vehicle accident – At 9:53 p.m. Aug. 1, police responded to the 1900 block of South Forge Road for a crash. No injuries were reported at the time, but EMS was later summoned to the scene. Police determined that a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Palmyra woman exited the road and struck a tree.
Western Lebanon County Regional
Criminal trespass – At around 11:28 p.m. Aug. 6, police responded to a residence on the 200 block of West Cherry Street in Palmyra for a report of a trespass. Police located Joeleen Perry, 55, inside the home. Perry had been warned not to return to the property prior to this incident. Police took Perry into custody, transported her to LCCB, and charged her with misdemeanor criminal trespass.
