A man involved in a fatal crash on Interstate 78 in Bethel Township in 2022 has been convicted of involuntary manslaughter. The Berks County district attorney’s office says Dustin Harbaugh, 37, of Lebanon County, was convicted by a jury this week in relation to a Jan. 8, 2022, crash that killed Jason Blauch, of Myerstown.
