Annamae Ondrusek, 99, of Myerstown, PA, died on Friday, June 26, 2026, at Myerstown Nursing and Rehab.

Born in Lebanon, PA, on July 16, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Rudolph and Bertha (Malovec) Ondrusek. A 1944 graduate of Millcreek Township High School, she attended Bauer’s Business College, Lebanon.

Annamae retired after 25 years as a claim supervisor in the Unemployment Compensation Department for the Department of Labor & Industry. She was also the local registrar for the Myerstown area for many years.

Annamae was a very active member of Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church. She served with the Mary Gate of Heaven Council of Catholic Women and the Lebanon District Council of Catholic Women. She enjoyed singing in the choir and making crafts for church bazaars.

Annamae is survived by several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Frank, Paul, Robert, Richard, and Anthony Ondrusek; and sisters, Mary Ann Ondrusek and Joanne Delgado.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Mary Gate of Heaven Catholic Church, 188 W. McKinley Ave., Myerstown, PA 17067. Viewing will begin at 10 a.m. Interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery.
