Betty L. Heilman, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026, at the age of 95.

Born on Nov. 29, 1930, in Lebanon, PA, Betty dedicated her life to her family and home, flourishing as a homemaker with a passion for sewing, painting, drawing, and crocheting. She found joy in creating beautiful crafts and had a particular fondness for hummingbirds. Betty was an active member of her community, contributing her time and talents to the Social Activities Committee at her church.

She is survived by her daughters, Roberta Gardner (spouse, Greg) and Linda Huber (spouse, Denny); cherished grandchildren, Cindy Sullivan, Cheryl Hemperly, April Boehmer, Lisa Thomlinson, Dallas Huber, Ashley Gardner, Bradley Gardner, Richard Martin Jr., and Crystal Scheiber; great- and great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Barry Huber; daughter-in-law, Ivette Martin; brother, Leroy; and sisters, Marilyn, Naomi, and Jackie.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert H. Heilman; daughter, Darlene Huber; son, Richard Martin; parents; siblings; nieces; and nephews.

Services will be at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Susan G. Komen, American Diabetes Association, or Wounded Warrior Project.
