Carleen K. Lutz, 71, of Lebanon, died on May 21, 2026, at WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital. She was the wife of Terry L. Lutz. Together, they celebrated 21 years of marriage.

Born in Shamokin on April 1, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Katharine (Williams) Hoffa. Carleen was a secretary for GLRA, and before that, she worked for White’s Harley-Davidson.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters, Kristy Wentling and Stefanie Rano; stepsons, Jason Lutz and Shannon Valencia; and five grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., at the Grose Funeral Home, 358 W. Washington Ave., Myerstown.
