Madelyn B. Himmelberger, 101, of Cornwall, PA, died on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Cornwall Manor. She was the wife of Robert R. Himmelberger, who died on Sept. 24, 2001.
Born in Jackson Township, PA, on Aug. 3, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Sallie (Moyer) Garloff. Madelyn was a former member of Friedens Lutheran Church, Myerstown. She enjoyed crafting, traveling, and line dancing.
Madelyn is survived by her daughters, Carol, wife of Ed Olivier, of Palm Springs, CA, and Elaine Sue, wife of Tom Maurer, of Annville, PA; grandchildren, Jennifer Gleckman, companion of Nils Miller, Daniel, husband of Lark Gleckman, and Andrew Gleckman, husband of Scottie Hill; great-grandchildren, Emma and Hazel Gleckman; sister, Marlene Findley, of Lebanon, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
Services and inurnment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornwall Manor, 1 Boyd St., Cornwall, PA 17016. Grose Funeral Home, Myerstown, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
