Miguelina Santiago Cadiz, 86, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at her home.

Born in Guayama, Puerto Rico, on Aug. 25, 1939, Miguelina was a daughter of the late Jose M. Santiago and Ortencia Cadiz. She was a seamstress and really enjoyed crocheting, sewing, and crafting.

She is survived by her daughters, Marisol Cruz, wife of David, and Marilyn Vizcaino, wife of William; son, Catalino Reyes, husband of Janice Rivera; 10 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 4-7 p.m., and on Wednesday, from 10-11 a.m., at Thompson Funeral Home, 126 S. 9th St., Lebanon, PA 17042. Interment will be held at Kimmerlings Cemetery.
