Nancy Neiswender was born on Sept. 18, 1928, to George and Florence Kapp. She was one of nine children, and the wife of Charles Neiswender.

Wanda I. Segarra, 58, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 18, 2021, in the WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital.

Robert E. “Bob” Baker, 77, of Annville, passed away on Dec. 17, 2021. He was the husband of Ann M. (Weyant) Baker.

Kenny Giovany Velazquez Rivera, 27, of Annville, passed away on Dec. 16, 2021. He was a son of Kenny Velazquez and Camile Rivera.

Esther Ruth Zellers, 74, of Lebanon, passed away on Dec. 16, 2021. She was the daughter of Herbert Eugene and Esther Ruth Zellers.

Francis J. Dixon died December 16, 2021. He was 92 years old.

James E. Balsbaugh, 68, of Lebanon, passed away on Dec. 16, 2021. He was the husband of the late Marjorie G. (Good) Balsbaugh.

Clarence William Hitz, Sr., 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, at the MS Hershey Medical Center.

Jason M. Wildasin, Sr., 47, of Jonestown, passed away at Penn State Hampden Medical Center. He was the husband of Jennifer S. Wildasin.

Robert Anthony Talalai, 88, of Palmyra, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2021, in the MS Hershey Medical Center.
