Philip P. Welch, 40, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2026.

Born on Dec. 14, 1985, in Hershey, PA, he was the son of Richard A. and Dannette K. (Kline) Welch, of Palmyra, PA.

In addition to his parents, Philip is survived by his children, Miguel Welch, of Myerstown, Breanna Welch, of Mount Joy, and Hunter Welch, of Mount Joy; former wife, Brook, of Mount Joy; brothers, Richard A. Welch II, husband of Nicolle, of York, Michael L. Welch, husband of Brynn, of Palmyra, and Nathan A. Welch, of Palmyra; and sisters, Amy M. Welch, of Palmyra, and Laura K. Welch, of Palmyra. Philip was preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph M. Welch, Angela M. Welch, and Bethany A. Welch.

A public viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville, PA 17003. An additional public viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2026, at the Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Grand View Memorial Park. Kreamer Funeral Home, Annville, is handling arrangements.
