Richard A. Noecker, 67, of Bethel, PA, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026, at his home surrounded by his loving wife and family. He was the husband of Sylvia N. (Wolfe) Noecker. They celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on April 29.

Born in Tamaqua, PA, on March 8, 1959, to the late Samuel W. Sr. and Betty Lou (Blakeslee) Noecker. Richard was currently employed at GHL Construction, Excavation Division. He attended God’s Missionary Church, Lebanon, PA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Damar (Tiffany) Noecker, of Mills River, NC, and Lyndell (Rita) Noecker, of West Unity, OH; daughters, Nadine (Andrew) Heisey, of West Unity, OH, Davina (Michael Jay) Burkholder, of Kalispell, MT, and Danae (Lee) Swihart, of Bernville, PA; 25 dearly loved grandchildren; brothers Samuel Noecker Jr., Charles Noecker, William Noecker, and Russel Noecker; and sisters, Florence Keeney, Virginia Viars, Joyce Noecker, Miriam Noecker, Faith Noecker, Michelle Kimmel, and Vennetta Kramer. He was preceded in death by his sister, Elaine Sparrow.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 29, 2026, at God’s Missionary Church, 2127 Hill St., Lebanon, PA. A viewing will be held on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at God’s Missionary Church and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Interment will follow around 3 p.m. at Bethel Dunkard Brethren Church Cemetery, 5450 Four Point Road, Bethel, PA.
