Samuel E. “Sam” Miller, 92, of Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Oak Hill Village. He was the husband of the late Loretta B. (Brubaker) Miller, who passed away in 2021.
Sam was born in Bethel Township on Nov. 19, 1933, to the late Loy G. and Ethel T. (Trumbo) Miller. He was a working foreman for Hershey Foods. Sam was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, having served in the Korean War. He was a member of Rexmont Christian Fellowship Church, where he served as a deacon for 37 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his daughters, Josephine Long, of Lebanon, Linda Warren, of Conway, SC, Judy Sites, of Lebanon, Lori Smith, of Erie, Marie Lugo, of Halifax, and Lisa Scott, of Stroudsburg; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He was one of 13 children.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 11 a.m., at Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 618 E. Main St., Annville. Interment will be in Spring Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Hershey, with military honors. There will be a viewing from 10-11 a.m. at the funeral home.
