Voting truly is the greatest civic duty we have as United States citizens. By voting, the people can change the direction of this county, this state and our nation. This election is no ordinary primary election as ALL voters have a chance to cast their ballots for the open seat for the 48^th Senatorial District and on the constitutional amendment ballot questions. For a more detailed explanation on the constitutional amendment questions see here.

My campaign team and I have knocked on thousands of doors and attended dozens of grassroots meetings and events in York, Dauphin and Lebanon Counties. The interaction I have had with people of the 48th Senatorial District has been remarkable. I was disheartened to have spoken with many people who feel their vote doesn’t count or is inconsequential. Your vote does matter and it has the power to make a real change in how our government operates. This election is an opportunity to send the message to Harrisburg that we need leaders who understand the issues that matter to hard working families. We also need to vote for judges who will rule on the law and not create election law from the bench.

I humbly ask for your vote on Tuesday, May 18. I have never been involved in the political world and I have never run for office. Instead, I have been involved in my community, through multiple civic organizations, with the solitary motivation to make my community a better place. I am extremely proud my campaign has stayed positive and focused on getting my message out to the voters. I have presented clear, concise and achievable goals and made my values and principles known to all. Because I am a political outsider, I will not be beholden to anyone. Every decision I make will be based on my personal conviction on what is right and how to make the 48^th Senatorial District a better place for our families.

As a community, we all have a voice in determining our future. It is so critical that everyone exercise that all important right of voting. I strongly encourage you to get out to the polls, vote, and let your voice be heard this Tuesday. The polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. tomorrow. Pennsylvania’s future depends on it.
