With November 11th marking 100 years since Armistice was signed, this year’s Veterans Day Ceremony at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery is sure to be a moving one.

The historic Washington Band starts at 1:30, and the service begins at 2:00pm. For your GPS use the address: 2 N Railroad Street, Annville, PA 17003.

The Washington Band deserves its own post, but for now, check out their history page. This photo dates to a 1900 performance in Bellegrove.

The Indiantown Gap National Cemetery was established in 1976 and the 677-acre site currently serves as the national cemetery for the states of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virginia.

Pennsylvania VFW State Commander Thomas M. Hanzes will deliver an address.
