For fiscal year 2018, Fort Indiantown Gap led the nation as the largest National Guard training facility, with nearly 900,000 mandays of training by more than 150,000 individuals.

The National Guard operates 48 training centers across the continental United States and Pureto Rico. A manday of training is equal to one person training for one day.

“Once again we’ve proven that Fort Indiantown Gap has what it takes to be the busiest in the nation. A huge thank you to all of the staff that makes this possible,” said Garrison commander Lt. Col. Lane Marshall in a release.

The full release can be read on the Defense Visual Information Distribution Service.
