While third suspect in Lebanon shooting remains at large, victim’s family creates fundraiser for recovery

A fundraiser is in progress for Wilfredo Lao, who has been identified as one of the victims in the shooting that took place in Lebanon on the morning of January 19.

As of this morning, the GoFundMe has raised more than $6,900 against a $5,000 goal.


T-shirts are also being sold to support Lao, and they are available at Geez Tees, 333 Broad St, Lebanon.


City of Lebanon Police Chief Todd Breiner confirmed that Sean Sykes, a 28 year old Harrisburg man, remains at large and the department is continuing to work with other agencies on locating him.


According to Gordon Weise of WLBR, police believe the suspects fired into a home because they tried to crash a party and were rebuffed by the residents.
