Bethel Township
In the commission of this crime a 26 year old Roanoke, VA man driving a 2018 Nissan Sentra was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop the odor of marijuana was detected coming from the Accused’s vehicle. A probable cause search was conducted in which a large baggie approximately 9 ounces of marijuana was seized. The accused was taken in to custody and transported to PSP Jonestown. Charges of Felony Possession With Intent to Deliver (Marijuana), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana), and multiple summary violations were completed on the Accused. The Accused was transported to Lebanon Count Central Booking, where he was arraigned on $100,000 monetary bail. Occurred at the off ramp for SR 22 at I-78W on March 13 around 10:01am.
This crash occurred March 12 around 11:16am on School Drive just south of State Route 22, Bethel Township, Lebanon County. Operator 1, a 2007 Dodge Caliber driven by an unidentified person, was traveling north on School Drive and was unable to maintain Unit 1 within the designated right travel lane of School Drive. As Unit 1 traversed off the right side of the roadway, Operator 1 lost control of Unit 1, striking an embankment and causing Unit 1 to roll onto its driver’s side. Unit 1 sustained a broken driver’s side mirror and window as a result of this crash and was able to be driven from the scene in its normal customary manner. Operator 1 sustained no injuries as a result of this crash. Operator 1 has been cited with PA VC 3309 (Roadways Laned for Traffic) and PA VC 3714 (Careless Driving).

22ND ST @ W CUMBERLAND ST – LEBANON
Three (3) vehicles were traveling east on West Cumberland Street in the area of S. 22nd Street. A 29 year old Lebanon woman was distracted and ran into the rear of a 49 year old Peach Bottom, PA man stopped for the red signal. The man was pushed into the rear of a 24 year old Lebanon woman also stopped for the red signal. The first woman was cited for careless driving and restraint systems (seat belt). The second two vehicles had minor damage and drove from the scene. The first woman’s vehicle was towed. No injuries reported.

CHESTNUT ST @ JORDAN ALLEY – LEBANON
Traffic Stop for speeding; a 36 year old Pine Grove woman and a man were charged with Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. In addition the man was charged with Maximum Speed Limits and Driving while Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked. The woman was charged with Permitting Violation of Title. It was discovered the woman had a warrant from Berks County Sheriffโs Office for Dangerous Drugs and was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.

A 38 year old Hummelstown man rear ended a vehicle driven by a 16 years old female juvenile. Juvenile had to stop suddenly for traffic that stopped suddenly. Both units suffered moderate damage and were driven from the scene, no injuries reported.

A 26 year old Lebanon man was charged with Intimidate Witness/Victim and Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize another after police received information, he was sending harassing and threatening message to the victim by cellphone communication.

RETAIL THEFT:
A 50 year old Lebanon woman was charged with retail theft after incidents that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart during the month of February where she failed to pay for items totaling $46.
BURGLARY:
A 37 year old man with no known address was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, terroristic threats, simple assault and trespass after an incident that occurred February 28, 2019, on W. Brookfield Drive, Lebanon.
FALSE IDENTIFICATION:
A 47 year old Lebanon man was charged with providing false identification to law enforcement and driving under suspension after a traffic stop on March 9, 2019, in the 2300 block of Tunnelhill Road.
FORGERY:
A 19 year old Lebanon woman and a 33 year old Lebanon man were charged with forgery and criminal conspiracy after passing a counterfeit $100 bill at Blouchโs Mobil, 1499 E. Cumberland Street on February 17, 2019.
North Londonderry
A Lebanon man was charged with Retail Theft after he was recently identified as being involved in the theft of two televisions valued at $383.99. This incident occurred on January 6 around 6:53am at Walmart, 100 N. Londonderry Square.
