Bethel Township
In the commission of this crime on April 19 at 2:07pm at MM 62 on I-78W, Fernando Pantoja Aponte, a 36 year old Fall River, MA man, was stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, the odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle. The Accused was taken in to custody on an active warrant out of Lehigh County. A ziploc baggie containing suspected marijuana was also found in the vehicle during a probable cause search.Charges were completed and the Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking. Involved: 2007 Chevrolet Impala
On April 19 at 6:12pm, Unit #1, a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, was traveling west on Blackberry St and Unit #2, a 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier was traveling north on Lancaster St. Unit #1 was stopped at a stop sign at the intersection of Lancaster. Operator #1 related there was a vehicle, possibly a Subaru, parked illegally in a yellow curb area facing north which blocked his view of Lancaster St. Initial impact occurred as Operator #1 pulled out onto Lancaster St in front of Unit #2. Unit #1 had minor damage to the driver side front bumper area, and Unit #2 had minor damage to its passenger side front bumper area. Both Operators indicated they were wearing their seat belts. There were no injuries and both units were driven from the scene. The Jonestown Fire Department assisted at the scene.
On April 18 at 5:07 pm, this two vehicle crash occurred as Units #1, a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox, and Unit #2, a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta, were traveling eastbound on I-78, Bethel Twp., at approx. mile marker 5.5. A brown older model Jeep was on the inside shoulder of I-78 and attempted to reenter the right lane of travel. As the Jeep reentered the right travel lane, Operator #2 braked in order to avoid a collision with the Jeep. Initial impact occurred as the front end of Unit #1 struck the rear end of Unit #2. The Jeep continued traveling east on I-78 without stopping. Both Operator #1 and Operator #2 sustained no injuries. Unit #1 was towed and Unit #2 was driven from the scene.
Cornwall Borough
Accident – Occurred Saturday, 11:52 AM, on SR 419 at Alden Way. Vehicles driven by a 68 year old Hershey man; and a 57 year old Cornwall man. The Hershey man was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital for evaluation; the Cornwall man was uninjured. Both vehicles were towed.
Charges – Christian S. Fetrow, age 24, 360 Granite St., Cornwall, was arrested Thursday April 11 following a 9:52 PM incident at his residence. Fetrow is charged with discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, and disorderly conduct. After an argument with a 25 year old female at the residence, Fetrow went to an upstairs bedroom and fired a .45 caliber handgun into a bed while the woman was downstairs. He was arraigned at Central Booking and placed in Lebanon County Prison on $5,000 bail.
Deer Struck – A 58 year old Dauphin man struck a deer Sunday March 31, 10:41 AM, as he was traveling west on SR 322 at SR 72. No injuries. Vehicle was towed. Deer was deceased.
Fugitive Arrests – Two men selling Capital Meats Incorporated products door-to-door were arrested Tuesday afternoon when police responded to several complaints from residents and a records check revealed both men were wanted. At 2:07 PM, police were notified the men were along North Cornwall Road attempting to sell meat products without a permit. Shortly thereafter, Officer Daniel Erdman stopped their vehicle on SR 72 at North Cornwall Road. The driver, Joshua A. Pittsenbarger, age 31, 12 Peach Lane, Carlisle, would found to be wanted by the Clay County Missouri Sheriff’s Office for drug offenses. He was taken into custody, charged with being a fugitive from justice, and arraigned at Central Booking. His bail was set at $25,000 cash and he was incarcerated in Lebanon County Prison to await extradition to Missouri. The passenger in the truck, Kiesean Kanarcy Antrobus, age 27, 219 S. Marlyn Ave., Apt 1A, Essex, MD, was wanted in Cumberland County on drug offenses. He was transported to Central Booking to await pick-up by Cumberland County officials.
Accident – Occurred Tuesday, 1:25 PM, on SR 419 just west of SR 72. Vehicles driven by a 40 year old Lancaster man; and an 83 year old Lebanon woman. No injuries. Both vehicles were drivable.
Lebanon City
Charges of Theft and Home Improvement Fraud have been filed against Andrew Thomas a 32 year old Myerstown resident after investigation into a theft of money and failure to perform contracted services from August 2018 until present on the 900 block of Hauck Street. Total loss to the victim is $3,835.
Jonathan Miranda a 29 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property on 4-18-19 at 0319 hours on the area of 8th Ave. and E. Cumberland Street. Miranda is accused of taking a parked vehicle 700 block of Hanover Street that did not belong to him and using said vehicle. The vehicle was reported stolen on 4-17-19 at 1015 hours. Miranda was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.
A 15 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after a fight with another girl on 4-09-19 at 1502 hours at 8th and Cumberland Streets.
A 48 year old man resident has been cited for Harassment after an incident on 4-11-19 at 1851 hours on the 800 block of Willow Street.
A 72 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-08-19 at 0902 hours on the 400 block of N. 9th Street.
A 56 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-14-19 at 0050 hours at 9th and Spring Streets.
A 31 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-13-19 at 0352 hours on the 900 block of Oak Street.
A 69 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-13-19 at 0026 hours on the 300 block of Park Street.
A 36 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 4-10-19 at 2100 hours at 9th and Chestnut Streets.
A charge of Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked DUI related has been filed on John Hlavaty a 65 year old North Cornwall Township resident after a traffic accident on 4-11-19 at 1315 hours at N. 8th and Willow Streets. No one was injured as a result of the accident. He was also wanted by Lebanon County Authorities on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to LCCB and incarcerated at LCCF on the bench warrant.
A Protection From Abuse Order violation has been charged after an incident on 4-13-19 at 1000 hours on the 300 block of N. 12th Street. Jorge Mercado-Castro a 34 year old is accused of making phone contact with the plaintiff of the PFA. Mercado has not been apprehended.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Juan Garcia-Aviles a 27 year old with no permanent address after an incident on 4-13-19 at 0130 hours on the 900 block of Lehman Street. Garcia has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Strangulation. He is accused of choking the 45 year old victim causing her to be unable to breathe. Garcia fled prior to police arrival. He has not been apprehended.
Randall Goodman a 59 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 4-15-19 at 2001 hours on the 200 block of E. Cumberland Street. Goodman is accused of throwing a cup at the 57 year old victim’s head causing a laceration for which she received medical treatment. Goodman was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $3,000 bail.
A 41 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Public Drunkenness and Transportation, Possession or Consumption of Alcohol in Public on 4-07-19 at 1740 hours on the 700 block of E. Cumberland Street.
A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 4-04-19 at 0900 hours at 508 Oak Street.
Three 17 year old males from Lebanon and a 16 year old female from Lebanon have been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 4-07-19 at 0224 hours on the 600 block of Quentin Road.
Milagros Feliciano a 29 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 4-06-19 at 1549 hours on the 00 block of E. Maple Street. Feliciano is accused of punching the 48 year old victim several times causing injury to her face. The victim did receive treatment at a local medical facility for her injuries. Feliciano was apprehended and transported to LCCB. She was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Melvin Vargas-Garcia a 28 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 4-07-19 at 1741 hours on the 500 block of N. 8th Street. Vargas is accused of striking the 28 year old victim causing injury to her face. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Jose Rodriguez a 24 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related), Terroristic Threats and False Imprisonment after an incident on 4-09-19 at 1121 hours on the 400 block of N. 6th Street. Rodriguez is accused of punching the 21 year old victim and struck her with a broomstick causing injury to face and body. He is also accused of pulling a handgun from his waist and threatening to kill her while not permitting her to leave a room within the residence. The victim was able to escape from the room after a brief time and neighbors called police. Rodriguez was not present in the residence at the time of arrival but was taken into custody a short time later. The handgun was not recovered. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Rodriguez was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A 39 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 4-11-19 at 0853 hours on the 00 block of S. Prune Street.
A 48 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 4-11-19 at 1833 hours on the 100 block of S. 11th Street.
A charge of Forgery has been filed against 19 year old Julian Hernandez a 19 year old Lebanon resident after allegedly attempting to pass a forged check to a store merchant on 2-19-19 at 1650 hours on the 00 block of S. 9th Street.
Charges of Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Reckless Driving have been filed against Nathan Graham a 20 year old Lebanon resident after allegedly using his vehicle to purposefully strike an occupied vehicle then fled the scene. No one was injured as a result of the collision.
A 43 year old Annville man has been cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 4-03-19 at 1143 hours on the 600 block of Quentin Road.
A 19 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 4-07-19 at 0224 hours on the 600 block of Quentin Road.
Charges of Unsworn Falsification to Authorities, False Identification to Law Enforcement, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Operating a Vehicle Without an Official Certificate of Inspection have been filed against Elvis Ojeda-Negron a 26 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop investigation on 3-30-19 at 2330 hours on the 500 block of Crowell Street. Ojeda is accused of providing the name of another person to an officer and signing that name to documents.
A 14 year old from Lebanon has been charged with Terroristic Threats, Defiant Trespass and Resisting Arrest after an incident on 4-05-19 at 1620 hours on the 300 block of N. 8th Street. The juvenile refused orders by the property owner to leave the premises and when directed by police also refused. When being placed under arrest for the trespass the juvenile fought with two police officers until handcuffed. Charges have been forwarded to the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
A 16 year old male from Lebanon has been charged with two counts of Theft From a Vehicle after an investigation into the incidents which occurred on 3-21-19 at 1640 hours on the 500 block of Canal Street. Charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
Charges of Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana have been filed against 18 year old Sincere Scott of Lebanon after contact with police on 4-07-19 at 0224 hours on the 600 block of Quentin Road. Scott is accused of attempting to flush marijuana and drug paraphernalia down the toilet in his hotel room.
Johnny Rodriguez-Cartagena a 28 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Strangulation (domestic violence related), Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats after an incident on 4-05-19 at 0700 hours on the 1100 block of Chestnut Street. Rodriguez is accused of poking the 30 year old victim around her eye, punching her in the stomach and choking her causing her to be unable to take breaths. He is accused of slamming her head onto the floor telling her he would kill her. The victim did receive treatment for her injuries at a local medical facility. Rodriguez was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A 35 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 3-27-19 at 0109 hours on the 300 block of Walton Street.
A 16 year old female and a 14 year old female both Lebanon residents have been cited for Disorderly Conduct (fighting) on 4-01-19 at 2040 hours on the 200 block of S. 8th Street.
A 57 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Transportation, Consumption or Possession of Alcohol in Public and a 49 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Transportation, Consumption or Possession of Alcohol in Public and Public Drunkenness on 4-03-19 at 1817 hours on the 200 block of S. 12th Street.
Jennifer Moyer a 39 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Operating License is Suspended or Revoked (DUI related), and Period for Requiring Lighted Lamps on 4-01-19 at 0034 hours on the 300 block of N. 12th Street. Police conducted a traffic stop and allege Moyer was operating a stolen vehicle out of South Lebanon Township and allege she possessed controlled substances to sell. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Charles Lowe a 35 year old Fredericksburg resident has been charged with Risking a Catastrophe, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Possessing Instruments of Crime, Criminal Mischief and Recklessly Endangering Another Person after an incident on 4-02-19 at 0938 hours on the 300 block of S. 6th Street. Lowe is accused of entering an apartment, damaging property and threatening to harm two victims a 21 year old female and a 29 year old female. The victims were not injured during this incident. Lowe is also accused of dumping a small amount of gasoline in the apartment at which point gasoline was dumped on the clothing the two victims were wearing. Lowe did not light the gasoline on fire. He fled prior to police arrival but was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Nestor Santos-Carrion a 42 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 4-03-19 at 1740 hours on the 400 block of N. 11th Street. Santos was found lying on the street and police allege he possessed a controlled substance. He was transported to a local medical facility for treatment and released to the custody of Lebanon County Adult Probation. He was released from care and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned by MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
Caroline Cuevas-Salva a 24 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 4-04-19 at 0152 hours on the 00 block of N. 6th Street. Cuevas is accused of permitting a wanted person to remain in her residence and telling police the wanted person was not present. She is accused of resisting her arrest and possessing controlled substances. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
A 42 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Disorderly Conduct (loud music from a vehicle) on 4-04-19 at 1525 hours on the 600 block of Chestnut Street.
Charles White a 68 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault after an incident on 4-04-19 at 0321 hours on the 00 block of S. 9th Street. White is accused of striking a 51 year old male victim several times causing injury requiring medical treatment. White was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Timothy Troxel – age 50 – of Lebanon was charged with retail theft at the Lebanon Wal-Mart after an incident that occurred on April 6, where he failed to pay for $579 worth of merchandise.
DISORDLERY CONDUCT:
A 27 year old Lebanon was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident that occurred on April 4, 2019 in the 1100 block of Hunters Chase Lane, Lebanon.
DRUG POSSESSION:
Daniel Harner – age 28 – No address, was charged with possession of heroin and paraphernalia after an incident that occurred on April 13, 2019, at the Relax Inn, 1524 E. Cumberland Street.

Daryl Klepper – age 38, of Lebanon – was charged with retail theft after an incident that occurred at the Lebanon Wal-Mart, on March 28, 2019. He was apprehended after failing to pay for $376 worth of merchandise.
IDENTITY THEFT:
Lewis Carl, III – age 43 and Jessica Peavy – age 30 both of Lebanon were charged with 6 counts of Identity Theft and 6 counts of Conspiracy, Access Device Fraud and Receiving stolen property after using credit cards without authorization to make purchases or attempt to make purchases with the credit cards totaling $1,031.

They were found in possession of stolen mail, numerous stolen checks and checkbooks.
South Lebanon Township
On April 6 at 7:34pm, two persons were charged after police were called to a disturbance on the 300 block of Vine Street, Lebanon. When police arrived they found a 40 year old Brooklyn, NY man and Scott Vivian, a 31 year old Lebanon woman had engaged in a physical and verbal altercation. Both were cited for Disorderly Conduct.
A 57 year old Lebanon man was cited for Disorderly Conduct on April 6th at 12:04pm after engaging in a verbal altercation with the victim in the alleyway between Worth and S. 4th Streets.
South Londonderry Township
On February 16, 2019, at 1:26am, police stopped a Dodge sedan for erratic driving on RT322 and RT117. The driver, Louis Johnson-Crum, a 19 year old Harrisburg man, and passenger Julian Garlington, a 18 year old Harrisburg man, were found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and were charged accordingly. Louis Johnson-Crum was also charged with driving under the influence of drugs and several summary traffic offenses.
On April 11 at 5:15pm, a Buick sedan driven by a 46 year old Palmyra man rear-ended an Audi SUV driven by a 35 year old Palmyra woman. Both vehicles were in the north bound lane of S. Forge Rd at the intersection of Horseshoe Pk. No injuries were reported and both vehicles were driven from the scene. The Buick driver was charged with Driving vehicle at safe speed.
A 29 year old Palmyra woman is charged for an April 4 incident with dogs running at large and animals disturbing the peace for several incidents with her dogs.
A 54 year old Lebanon man is charged with striking a telephone pole, no parking sign, and 3 mailboxes and leaving the scene of the accident on April 11 at 1:20am. His vehicle was later found disabled on the roadway in Derry Township.
West Cornwall Township
Deer Struck – a 20 year old Hummelstown man struck a deer Monday, 10:34 PM, as he was traveling north on Pinch Road at 4th Street. After striking the deer he hit a speed limit sign and a tree. No injuries. Vehicle was drivable.
Disorderly Conduct – a 19 year old Mount Gretna; and a 18 year old Lebano man were cited for an incident Sunday, 4:50 AM, when they climbed onto the roof of the Mount Gretna Campmeeting Tabernacle on Otterbein Avenue.
West Lebanon Township
Raymond Ortiz – age 41 – 808 N. 9th Street, Lebanon was charged with 2 counts of retail theft after incidents that occurred at Boscov’s, Lebanon Valley Mall on November 3 and November 20, 2018 after he took merchandise totaling $316.
RETAIL THEFT
Nelson Cedeno – age 28 – no address, was charged with retail theft after an incident that occurred at Boscov’s, Lebanon Valley Mall on April 1, after failing to pay for merchandise valued at $455.
