A 27 year old North Cornwall resident has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-14-19 at 1356 hours on the 100 block of N. Gannon Street.
A 30 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-14-19 at 0315 hours on the 200 block of Cumberland Street.
An 11 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew on 7-13-19 at 0313 hours on the 100 block of N. 9th Street.
Charges of Theft From a Motor Vehicle and Possessing Instruments of Crime have been filed against Julian Hernandez a 19 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into the theft which occurred on 6-23-19 at 0204 hours on the 1500 block of Elm Street. Total loss to the victim is $4.01. Hernandez is accused of entering the victim’s unlocked car and removing the money.
Omar Gonzalez-Gonzalez a 37 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Resisting Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 7-13-19 at 1848 hours on the 900 block of Mifflin Street. Gonzalez is accused of fleeing from police after police attempted to stop him and arrest him on an outstanding warrant. He was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and resisted efforts by the officers to take him into custody. After arrest, police allege he possessed a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. No one was injured during this incident. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger. Gonzalez was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail and $300,000 bail on the drug violations arrest warrant.
Alzaiah Berrios a 22 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 7-13-19 at 0840 hours on the 600 block of Union Street. Berrios is accused of making contact with the 23 year old by attempting to enter the victim’s home through a window. Berrios did not make entry and was apprehended a short time after the attempted entry. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Marisa Dissinger. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Matthew Miranda a 27 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 7-13-19 at 1928 hours on the 400 block of Lehman Street. Miranda is accused holding down the 23 year old victim and striking her several times in the upper body causing minor injury. Miranda was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Maria Dissinger and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A 30 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Dogs Running At Large after an incident on 7-01-19 at 1844 hours on the 600 block of E. Weidman Street.
A 34 year old Lebanon man cited for Harassment on 7-11-19 at 0820 hours on the 300 block of N. 12th Street.
A 41 year old Lebanon man cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-15-19 at 1837 hours on the 400 block of Spring Street.
A 27 year old North Cornwall man cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-15-19 at 1916 hours on the 00 block of N. Partridge Street.
North Cornwall Township
Friday, July 12, 2019 at 15:08 hours, 200 block of S. 20th Street. A 19 year old Lebanon man was observed throwing waste/rubbish from a vehicle onto the roadway. He was cited for Scattering Rubbish.

Traffic stop for faulty vehicle lights; Angel M. Samsel, 19, Lebanon was charged with DUI: controlled substance, Marijuana – Small Personal Use and vehicle code violations.
North Londonderry Township
On July at at 6:49pm, North Londonderry Township Police cited a juvenile male from Schaefferstown with Safe Speeds after he struck the rear of a vehicle that was being operated by a 67 year old Palmyra man. It was reported that the Palmyra man was attempting to make a left hand turn onto Pajabon Dr. from Lingle Ave. when he was struck from behind. There were no reported injuries, but the juvenile’s vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
On July 8 at 7:17pm, a 16 year old Lebanon female juvenile and a 17 year old Lebanon female juvenile were charged with taking merchandise from Walmart valued at $750 that they failed to pay for. The 16 year old was also cited with Retail Theft for taking $90 worth of merchandise on July 5.
South Londonderry Township
On July 7 at 1:46pm, the South Londonderry Police Department was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident in the 2900 block of Horseshoe Pike, involving three vehicles. No injuries were reported as a result of the collision. The South Londonderry Police were assisted by Officers of the Derry Township Police. Drivers involved included a 22 year old Palmyra woman, an 18 year old Lebanon woman, and a 52 year old Harrisburg man.
On July 11 at 4:15pm, a 2015 Honda Civic driven by a 22 year old Palmyra man struck a lamp post at the intersection of Brookwood Drive and Northside Drive after the driver lost control of the vehicle. No injuries were reported.
Randal Madsen, a 27 year old Fredericksburg man, was charged with disorderly conduct following a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Horseshoe Pike on June 8 at 4:48pm. He also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
An 18 year old Palmyra man was charged with trespassing and scattering rubbish after he entered a township owned park on June 10 and smashed a metal box onto the basketball court, leaving the box there. The man had previously been given notice by the township that he was not allowed to be in any township owned parks for prior acts committed.
On July 13 at 6:24pm, police stopped a Chevy sedan driven by Rick Auchenbach, a 61 year old Annville man, when they observed him backing a vehicle in an unsafe manner. Rick was found to be driving on a DUI suspended license. The passenger, Rodney Auchenbach, a 65 year old Annville man, was also charged with disorderly conduct, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container, and permitting his vehicle to be driven by someone with a suspended license.
