City of Lebanon
A 25 year old Lebanon woman cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on 6-11-19 at 0926 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street.
A 15 year old male from North Lebanon Township has been charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property after investigation into the theft of a bicycle that occurred on 6-15-19 at 1804 hours on the 400 block of S. 9th Street. Charges have been filed with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office.
A charge of Furnishing a Drug Free Urine has been filed against a 33 year old Lebanon woman after attempting to use urine from another person during a testing process at the Lebanon County Probation Office on 7-03-19 at 1230 hours at 508 Oak Street.
A 16 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 7-17-19 at 1425 hours on the 100 block of S. 3rd Street.
A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 7-18-19 at 1831 hours on the 500 block of N. 2nd Street.
A charge of Theft has been filed against Nelson Rivera a 21 year old Lebanon man after investigation into the theft of an IPhone on 6-23-19 at 1540 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street. Rivera is accused of taking the victim’s phone and not returning it. Total loss to the victim is $700.00.
A 35 year old Lebanon man has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 7-18-19 at 1802 hours on the 700 block of N. Hanover Street. He is accused of striking the 38 year old victim on her head causing a laceration. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
North Londonderry Township
North Londonderry Township Police have cited a 77 year old Woodsboro, MD man with a stop sign violation following an accident on July 18 at 11:58am occurring at East Maple Street and Plaza Drive in which he pulled out in front of another vehicle being driven by a 19 year old Manheim man.
Richland Borough
On July 18 at 6:41am, Troopers investigated an incident at S. Park Street involving inappropriate behavior amongst two juveniles, a six year old Richland boy and a six year old Lebanon girl. Child Line was contacted and made aware of the situation and have two separate open investigations. PSP Jonestown has an open investigation in regards to the above incident.
Swatara Township
This crash occurred on July 17 at 1:00pm as Unit 1, a 2008 Mitsubishi Evolution driven by a 24 year old Jonestown man, was traveling west on Lickdale Road and Unit 2, a 2014 Ram 4×4 driven by a 61 year old Myerstown man, was traveling east on Lickdale Road. Unit 1 and Unit 2 collided head on causing major damage to both units. Operator 1 was pronounced deceased on scene. Operator #2 was transported to Hershey Medical Center with unknown injuries. There were no passengers in either unit. This crash is currently under investigation with no further details.
Union Township
This 1-vehicle crash occurred on July 17 at 11:24am as Unit 1, a 2010 Mazda 3, was traveling east on SR 22 in the right travel lane, Union Township, Lebanon County. Operator #1 attempted to exit onto the off ramp for SR 72. Operator #1, an 82 year old Harrisburg man, applied his brakes and attempted to turn right onto the ramp but traveled off the left shoulder of the ramp. Initial impact occurred as the front end of Unit #1 struck the guiderail on the left side of the off ramp. There were no injuries and Unit #1 was towed from the scene.
