A 22 year old Lebanon resident has been cited for Vaccination Required and Applications for Dog License after an incident on 8-21-19 at 1958 hours on the 300 block of N. 5th Street.
A charge of Theft has been filed against Jennifer Santiago a 35 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into a theft which occurred on 7-31-19 at 0950 hours at 1201 Maple Street. Santiago is accused of taking a phone, belonging to an employee when the employee had the phone behind the counter. The phone is valued at $569.99.
Nicole Engle a 35 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 9-06-19 at 1013 hours on the 00 block of S. 9th Street. Engle was transported to LCCB and arraigned on the charge by MDJ Carl Garver. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail, and on a Lebanon County Bench Warrant.
A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia has been filed against Bradley Moyer a 38 year old Grantville resident as a result of the same incident.
Joshua Roy-Morgan a 23 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Terroristic Threats (domestic violence related) and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on 9-06-19 at 1640 hours on the 200 block of Cumberland Street. Roy is accused of making threats to kill the 51 year old victim. She was not injured during this incident. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Roy was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.
A 45 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into the theft which occurred on 8-29-19 at 1031 hours at 505 S. Lincoln Ave. Total loss to the merchant is $32.59.
Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against Joshua Mullins a 38 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 8-10-19 at 0435 hours on the 300 block of Guilford Street. He was incarcerated at LCCF on 8-10-19 due to a Lebanon County Bench Warrant.
A charge of False Reports has been filed against Rosemary Roman a 19 year old Lebanon resident after police determined she falsely accused a 30 year old male of assault on 6-07-19 at 1849 hours on the 500 block of Chestnut Street.
Hector Baez-Crespo a 20 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Criminal Trespass, Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on 9-09-19 at 843 hours on the 800 block of Mifflin Street. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $7,500 bail.

Sunday, 09-18-2019 – 02:34 – Betzaida Gonzalez, 21, Lebanon was stopped for driving on the median in front of Sheetz and was charged with DUI and Disregard Traffic Lane.
North Lebanon Township
In the commission of this crime on September 10 at 12:27pm the Accused, Elvis Ojeda Negron, a 27 year old Reading man, was observed operating a 2007 Lincoln MKZ was traveling westbound on SR-422. Upon conducting a registration check, the Lincoln was found to be entered as a stolen vehicle by the Reading City Police Department. A traffic stop was conducted on E. Lehman St. and the Accused was taken in to custody without incident. The Accused was transported to PSP Jonestown. The Accused related had had paid an unknown male $20 to borrow the car. The Accused related he did not known the actual owner of the Lincoln. A complaint charging the Accused with Receiving Stolen Property, Unauthorized use of a Motor Vehicle, and Driving while suspended. The Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking where he was arraigned on $15,000 monetary bail. Stolen: 2007 Gold Lincoln-Continental MKZ
North Londonderry Township
A 63 year old Annville woman was cited with theft of service after not making payment to Yellow Cab Company for a taxi ride on 9/10/19. Total amount of fare, $17.80. A nontraffic citation was filed with DJ Garver’s office.
Swatara Township
On August 30 at 7:40pm on I-78 W, a traffic stop conducted by members of PSP-Jonestown yielded the seizure of drug paraphernalia from the car of a 22 year old North Wales man. Involved: 2015 Honda Accord
