Cornwall Borough
Accident – Occurred Saturday, 8:20 PM, on SR 72, south of Spring Hill Lane. Two vehicles did not see a tree that had fallen across the road and collided with it. One was a southbound vehicle driven by a 38 year old Jackson, NJ man, the other was a northbound vehicle driven by an 80 year old Cornwall man. No injuries. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage but were drivable.
North Cornwall Township
08-27-2019 @ 15:15 1600 block of Federal Street – Anthony J. Ortiz Robles was stopped for illegal window tint. Robles was charged with DUI and traffic violations.
09-13-2019 @ 12:50 – Intersection of Cumberland @ 22nd Streets – A 38 year old Middletown man ran into the rear of a 45 year old Lebanon man.
Saturday, 09-14-2019 @ 21:28 police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving in the area of 21st and Walnut Streets. Robert E. Brown, III was charged with Marijuana – Small Amount for personal use, Use/Possession of drug paraphernalia and Driver’s Licenses suspended/revoked (for DUI related offenses). Brown was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking.
North Londonderry Township
On September 7 at 3:23pm at Wal-Mart, North Londonderry Township Police charged Omar Nadal-Colon, a 39 year old Lebanon man, with three felony counts of retail theft for his involvement in three different retail thefts between August 31, 2019 and September 7, 2019.
On September 13 at 5:35pm police investigated a non-reportable accident at the intersection of Main St and Apple Blossom Ln. A 24 year old Wyomissing man reported that he rear ended a 29 year old Lebanon man’s vehicle. The Wyomissing man was cited with careless driving as well as not having insurance on his vehicle. Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Citations filed with DJ Garver’s Office.
West Cornwall
Hit & Run – A Mechanicsburg man reported his vehicle was struck Wednesday, between 10:00 – 10:30 AM while parked on the lot at 2500 Quentin Road. His vehicle sustained left side damage.
Accident – Occurred Sunday, 10:19 PM on Butler Road, south of Starner Road. A 35 year old Annville man lost control of her vehicle while traveling south, cross the northbound lane and collided with a utility pole. She was not injured; her vehicle was towed.
