City of Lebanon

A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Disorderly Conduct after investigation into an incident on 9-13-19 at 1455 hours on the 200 block of N. 5th Street.

A 62 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 10-02-19 at 2101 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street. The woman is accused of throwing eggs into the kitchen area of the business while yelling from the customer seating area.

A 29 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Transportation, Possession or Consumption of Alcohol in a Public Place on 10-11-19 at 2142 hours on the 1100 block of Willow Street.

A 26 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 10-13-19 at 2025 hours on the 1400 block of Lehman Street.

A 32 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 10-13-19 at 0230 hours on the 900 block of Cumberland Street.

Bryson Walter a 21 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct on 10-09-19 at 2127 hours on the 900 block of Church Street. Police allege they found Walter unresponsive sitting in the driver’s seat of his vehicle with the engine still running. Police were able to wake Walter and determine he appeared to be intoxicated. Walter refused to submit to the blood alcohol test. Walter is accused of becoming disorderly while at the GSHER. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.

Steven Holland a 59 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Transportation, Possession or Consumption of Alcohol in Public Place on 10-10-19 at 0925 hours on the 1000 block of Willow Street. Holland was found by police on the 1000 block of Willow Street with an open container of alcohol and is accused of dropping a controlled substance to the ground in an effort to dispose of the drugs. Holland was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $500 bail.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Careless Driving have been filed against Lance Milburn a 49 year old Myerstown resident after investigation into a traffic accident on 8-16-19 at 1938 hours on the 500 block of Walnut Street. Milburn is accused of striking a parked unattended vehicle with his vehicle after losing control while entering onto Walnut Street. Police allege his BAC was .134% at the time of the accident.

Charges of Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness have been filed against a 32 year old Lebanon man after an incident on 9-13-19 at 0142 hours on the 300 block of S. 5th Street.

A 39 year old man with no permanent address has been cited for Transportation, Possession or Consumption of Alcohol in a Public Place on 10-14-19 at 0204 hours and again on the same day at 1045 hours at the same location on the 1100 block of Willow Street. Police also cited a 59 year old Lebanon man and a 59 year old Lebanon man for the same violation at the 1045 hours incident.

Reginald Cabeche a 32 year old Newmanstown resident has been charged with Receiving Stolen Property, Possession of a Firearm Prohibited, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License, Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, False Identification to Law Enforcement, Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 counts), Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Registration and Certificate of Title Required after a traffic stop on 10-11-19 at 1406 hours on the 300 block of N. 7th Street. Police state an officer stopped Cabeche for an expired registration and during the traffic stop, police allege Cabeche provided a name other than his own, twice. Cabeche was found to be wanted in Lebanon County on a bench warrant. During a subsequent search of his vehicle police allege they found controlled substances and a stolen handgun. The handgun had been reported stolen to Lebanon City Police in June 2017. Cabeche is unable to possess a firearm due to being found guilty of charges preventing him from being able to possess firearms. Cabeche was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $250,000 bail.

In the commission of this crime on October 15 at 12:00pm, the Accused, Ricky Rodriguez-Ramos, a 24 year old City of Lebanon man, was observed operating a 2001 Ford Explorer pickup with an inoperable brake light. The Accused began to flee at a high rate of speed after a traffic stop was attempted by Troopers in the area of N. 10th and Monument St. The Accused fled East on Monument St. and then South on N. Partridge. The Accused continued to flee West on Lehman St. through a red light, and then North on N. 11th St. through multiple stop signs. The Accused turn right on to E. Guilford St. where he passed a school bus on the shoulder at a high rate of speed. The Accused then made a right turn on to Jones St., where he lost control of his vehicle. The Accused subsequently crashed into a residential home and rolled his vehicle on to its side. The Accused and a male juvenile passenger were taken in to custody without further incident. During a search of the Accused vehicle’s a container containing suspected fentanyl residue was located. The Accused related he had attempted to flee due to having a suspended driver’s license. The Accused was transported to PSP Jonestown where the charges of Felony Fleeing and Eluding, Endangering the Welfare of Children, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, and numerous summary traffic violations were completed against the Accused. The Accused was transported to Lebanon County Central Booking to await arraignment.

Charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Careless Driving, Drivers Required to be Licensed and Registration and Certificate of Title Required have been filed against John Romano a 19 year old South Lebanon Township resident after investigation into an incident which occurred on 8-10-19 at 1044 hours on the 400 block of N. 14th Street. Romano is accused of fleeing in his vehicle after an officer attempted to stop him as part of an investigation as it was reported Romano had urinated just outside of his vehicle then returned to the driver’s seat. The officer quickly terminated the pursuit due to Romano’s carelessness. Police found the vehicle he was operating a short time after the initial contact parked on the 300 block of Church Street. The vehicle was left abandoned and contained controlled substances, drug paraphernalia as well as Romano’s identification.

A 15 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew on 10-11-19 at 2250 hours at Spruce and Monument Streets.

A 60 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 10-15-19 at 1555 hours on the 00 block of N. 4th Street.

A 44 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into an incident on 10-07-19 at 1226 hours on the 600 block of Cumberland Street. The stolen item was returned to the owner.

A 47 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 10-15-19 at 2010 hours on the 1100 block of Cumberland Street.

A 39 year old Hershey man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 10-12-19 at 2038 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street.

A 50 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 10-15-19 at 2015 hours on the 200 block of N. 8th Street.

Eric Rohland a 25 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness on 10-14-19 at 0010 hours on the 100 block of E. Weidman Street. Rohland is accused of being involved in a fight and causing a disturbance. He was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver and released on $2,500 unsecured bail.

On 10-13-19 at 0400 hours police were dispatched to a call for a single gunshot being fired at the intersection of N. 9th and Mifflin Streets. Police investigated the incident recovering one discharged casing from a handgun. Continuing the investigation, police allege Malique Manly a 22 year old Lebanon resident fired a gunshot after a verbal altercation with another male, prompting the phone call report. Manly was charged with Persons Not to Possess, Use, Manufacture, Control, Sell or Transfer Firearms, Firearms Not to be Carried Without a License and Recklessly Endangering Another Person. No one was injured as a result of the gunshot. Manly was apprehended on 10-17-19 on a warrant and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Manly was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $25,000 bail. The handgun has not been recovered.

Shirley Rivera a 27 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Aggravated Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Duties at Stop Signs, Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages and Drivers Required to be Licensed after a traffic accident on 10-16-19 at 2348 hours on the 400 block of N. 10th Street. Police allege Rivera pulled from a stop sign causing a traffic accident. She began to argue with the person involved in the accident causing a disturbance. Police requested she stop causing a disturbance she continued in efforts to argue and fight with others at the scene. Police attempted to arrest Rivera at which time police allege she resisted efforts to be handcuffed by kicking officers. During this incident a male identified as Hector Maldonado-Baez a 28 year old Lebanon resident inserted himself into the affray with Rivera attempting to assist Rivera. Maldonado is accused of trying to pull Rivera away from officers then using his knee to strike an officer causing the officer and Maldonado to fall to the ground. Maldonado was taken into custody and transported to LCCB with Rivera. Maldonado was charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest and Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution. They were arraigned before MDJ Carl Garver. Rivera was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $15,000 bail and Maldonado was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Henry Lanauze-Cruz a 50 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 10-16-19 at 1500 hours on the 200 block of S. 4th Avenue. Lanauze is accused of contacting the 45 year old victim via telephone. Lanauze has not been located.

North Londonderry Township

NLTPD filed charges against a 47 year old Lebanon woman for her involvement in an incident which took place at Wal-Mart on September 11 at 8:40am. She was charged with retail theft and retail theft – under ringing. She failed to pay for three (3) items valued at $16.91 and under rang eight (8) items valued at $111.78. She instead paid $9.97 for the items she rang.

South Londonderry Township

On October 9 at 1:30pm on the 5900 block of Elizabethtown Road, a 68 year old Lawn man was driving an ARTV on the Rails to Trails trail and on a private driveway without permission of the owner and had an open alcoholic beverage with him the vehicle.

On august 12 at 10:16pm at the intersection of Horseshoe Pike and Lawn Road, a 15 year old Palmyra male juvenile was stopped for not having the proper lighting on his bicycle. Upon a police investigation, police found drug paraphernalia on the male juvenile. He was released to the custody of his parents and charges filed.

On October 8, South Londonderry Township Police along with Lebanon County Adult Probation found drug paraphernalia at 17 My Way Drive. The items found belong to a 32 year old Palmyra woman and charges were filed.

On October 6 at 1:52pm, the South Londonderry Township Police Department, Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company, and Lawn EMS were dispatched to 240 Hinkle Road for a vehicle into a structure. A silver Isuzu Rodeo left Hinkle Road and collided with Ames Janitorial Services. No one was injured in the crash. The cause of the crash is still under investigation. The vehicle was driven by a 26 year old Hummelstown man.

On October 7 South Londonderry Township Police were notified of an incident that occurred on July26 at approximately 7:50pm on Reo Drive between a 38 year old Dillsburg woman and a 30 year old Palmyra woman. After a police investigation it was learned that the Dillsburg woman had shoved and pushed the Palmyra woman while holding a child in her arms. The Dillsburg woman was charged with harassment for causing physical content with intent to harass and annoy the Palmyra woman.

On September 22 at 1:17pm South Londonderry Township Police responded to a single vehicle accident in the 500 block of Mt Gretna Road. This accident occurred when a 33 year old Lebanon man, the driver of a 2013 Nissan, took the curved roadway too fast causing him to leave the roadway and strike a guard rail. The man did sustain injuries from the accident and was transported to Hershey Medical Center by First Aid and Safety Patrol. Zimmeys Automotive did tow the vehicle.

On October 3 at 9:43pm, a Toyota pick up truck driven by a 66 year old Campbelltown man and a GMC pick up truck driven by a 39 year old Annville man crashed at the intersection of RT322 and Lawn Rd. The collision forced the GMC truck into a utility pole. The GMC was towed by Doug’s Transport. No injuries were reported. Campbelltown Fire Police assisted with traffic control.

A theft from a vehicle occurred sometime in the early morning hours on September 19, 2019 in the 700 block of Center Drive, Palmyra, Residents are requested to lock their vehicles to prevent more thefts. Anyone with information is requested to contact the South Londonderry Twp Police at 717-838-1376.

A 39 year old Palmyra man is charged with having an altercation with a fellow co-worker and subjected the victim to physical contact by pushing him with his chest and getting in his face.

Swatara Township

On October 18 at approximately 9:09pm Pennsylvania State Police Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on Lickdale Road, west of Lancaster Street in Swatara Township, Lebanon County. Through the investigation the operator of the vehicle, an unnamed 54 year old Fredericksburg man, was subsequently taken into custody for the suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. Involved: A 2015 Chevrolet Equinox.

West Cornwall Township

DUI – A 59 year old Lebanon man has been charged with driving under the influence and a stop sign violation for an accident September 19th, 4:32 PM, on SR 72 in the area of Alden Lane. His BAC .179%. Charges were not filed as of press time.
