City of Lebanon
A 17 year old female from Lebanon has been cited for Retail Theft after investigation into the incident that occurred on 10-28-19 at 1737 hours on the 400 block of S. 9th Street. Total loss to the merchant is $16.28.
A 26 year old woman with no permanent address has been cited for Retail Theft on 10-31-19 at 1426 hours on the 100 block of Cumberland Street. Total loss to the merchant is $46.97.
A charge of Simple Assault has been filed against Sheena Warren a 35 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 10-26-19 at 2355 hours on the 500 block of Walnut Street. Warren is accused of punching and kicking the 35 year old victim causing her injury requiring medical treatment.
A 60 year old North Cornwall man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 11-02-19 at 0032 hours on the 100 block of South 8th Street.
Pedro Nazario a 26 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Escape, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Public Drunkenness after an incident on 10-29-19 at 1630 hours on the 1300 block of Mifflin Street. Police assisted medical personnel dealing with an unconscious male. Upon arrival Nazario was found conscious and talking but appeared to be under the influence. Nazario had a bench warrant for his arrest in Lebanon County. After being taken into custody he fled from police while handcuffed. He was apprehended quickly and searched as part of his arrest. Police allege he possessed a controlled substance. After being cleared by medical personnel, he was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. Nazario was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $20,000 bail.
Julio Cabrera a 33 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) and Terroristic Threats on 10-26-19 at 0132 hours on the 00 block of N. 9th Street. Cabrera is accused of punching the 33 year old victim several times on her face causing injury. He is also accused of threating to kill her while he was punching her. He fled the scene and was not immediately apprehended. However, police were able to locate him and take him into custody without incident later the same day. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler. He was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $5,000 bail.
Todd Lucabaugh a 56 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with a Protection From Abuse Order violation on 10-28-19 at 1908 hours on the 700 block of Willow Street. Lucabaugh is alleged to have made contact with the 61 year old victim; the victim was not injured as a result of the contact. Lucabaugh was apprehended and transported to LCCF. He was arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.
A 21 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Harassment on 10-29-19 at 1614 hours on the 100 block of S. 8th Street.
A 16 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Curfew and Disorderly Conduct on 10-11-19 at 2215 hours on the 700 block of Monument Street.
North Londonderry Township
A 74-year-old Annville man was cited in connection with a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Nov. 2 on the 1000 block of Hoffer Road. The man drove off of the roadway and into a structure on property that is owned by a 63-year-old Annville man.
Joseph Feliciano, Sr., a 50-year-old Lebanon man, was charged with Retail Theft and Possession of Instruments of Crime after using a box cutter to remove UPS codes at Walmart and take merchandise valued at $423 without paying for it.
NLTPD filed charges against Debra Ortiz, a 47-year-old Lebanon woman, for her involvement in three different incidents which took place at Walmart on the dates Sept. 2, Sept. 7, and Sept. 20. Ortiz is captured on video surveillance under-ringing items on all three occasions. Total loss to Walmart is $451.26. Ortiz was charged with three counts of retail theft under-ringing.
Swatara Township
This incident occurred on Oct. 28 at 4:15 p.m. on the 00 block of Kreider Dr. as two juveniles were getting off their school bus. One juvenile threw the others book bag on the ground and kicked it into the road. The juvenile then hit the other juvenile in the groin. Following the incident both parties returned to their residence.
This collision occurred on Nov. 4 at 11:56 p.m. as Unit #1, a 2002 Lincoln Continental Town Car driven by an 89-year-old Myerstown man, and Unit #2, a 2003 Saturn Ion driven by a 29-year-old Manalapan, NJ woman, were traveling on I-78 eastbound in the right lane. Unit #2 was traveling 35 mph with its four ways on due to mechanical problems. Unit #1 struck Unit #2 in the rear. Unit #1 spun and came to final rest off the right side off the roadway facing in a west direction. After impact, Unit #1 rolled off the roadway and came to final rest on its roof facing in a North direction. North Lebanon Fire Department and fire police assisted on scene. The Myerstown man was cited for following too closely.
Union Township
This crash occurred on Nov. 1 at 11:12 a.m. as Unit 1, a 2019 Peterbilt 579, was traveling north on Colonial Drive. Unit 1 subsequently struck a low hanging cable across the roadway. As a result of the impact the cable was pulled farther down over the roadway. However, no damage was observed to the cable, pole, or Unit 1.
