Police have charged one person so far in the shooting incident that occurred Tuesday afternoon off N. 7th Street in the City of Lebanon, with three other persons of interest identified.
Police had been dispatched on Tuesday, Nov. 5, at 1:29 p.m. to a report of gunshots fired near Guilford and Hornet Streets.
Upon arrival to the scene, police located spent bullet casings and damage to a parked vehicle and an occupied residence.
Lebanon City Police believe the residence, located on the 500 block of N. 7th Street, had been specifically targeted. No injuries occurred as a result of this incident.
Later that day, after the initial release had gone out, Christian Ayala-Pellot, a 23-year-old Lebanon man, was apprehended in connection with the shooting.
After being taken to Lebanon County Central Booking, Ayala-Pellot was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Tom Capello for charges that include four counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, four counts of Conspiracy – Recklessly Endangering Another Person, two counts of Discharge of a Firearm into Occupied Structure, and two counts of Conspiracy – Discharge of a Firearm into Occupied Structure. The final four counts in that list are classified as third-degree felonies, with the remainder classified as second-degree misdemeanors.
Ayala-Pellot was incarcerated at Lebanon County Correctional Facility on Wednesday in lieu of $100,000 bail.
