Blotter: Designer drug possession & escape, simple assault, DUI’s, retail thefts

City of Lebanon

Eric Robertson a 28 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Designer Drug, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Escape, Tamper with or Fabricate Physical Evidence, Defiant Trespass, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Periods for Required Lighting after a traffic stop on 12-19-19 at 0259 hours on the 200 block of North 7th Street. Robertson is accused of fleeing on foot from the traffic stop and discarding items while fleeing. He is accused of jumping the fence into the Quittapahilla Creek and subsequently apprehended by officers. Officers determined the items discarded were controlled substances. Robertson was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Robertson was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Charges of Burglary, Theft and Criminal Mischief have been filed against Luis Rivera-Rivera a 34 year old Lebanon resident after investigation into a burglary and theft of tools from a home under construction on 11-30-19 at 1520 hours on the 600 block of E. Lehman Street. Total loss to the victim is $550.00.

A 54 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 12-20-19 at 0000 hours on the 800 block of Willow Street.

A 25 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 12-19-19 at 2207 hours on the 1100 block of Walnut Street.

A 42 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on 12-19-19 at 1830 hours on the 400 block of Spring Street.

Charges of Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia have been filed against an 18 year old Lebanon man after assisting Lebanon County Probation Officers on 12-19-19 at 1626 hours at 508 Oak Street.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Terrell Williams a 27 year old Lebanon resident after an incident on 12-14-19 at 2246 hours on the 300 block of N. 7th Street. He has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after being accused of punching the 41 year old victim multiple times on her face causing injury. Williams fled prior to police arrival.

Antoine Kearney a 42 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 12-17-19 at 1938 hours in the 300 section of Brookside Apartments. Kearney is accused of punching the 30 year old victim on her face causing injury. Kearney fled prior to police arrival but was apprehended without incident on 12-19-19. He was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Thomas Capello. Kearney was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct have been filed against Ivan Lopez a 26 year old Lebanon resident after a traffic stop on 11-02-19 at 0416 hours on the 800 block of Walton Street. As a result of this same incident charges of Escape, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Reckless Driving and Unlawful Activities have been filed against Mathew Lopez a 22 year old North Cornwall resident. Police allege his BAC was .174% at the time of the traffic stop.

Myerstown Borough

This crash occurred on Dec. 15 at 11:09 a.m. as Unit 1, a Honda, was at a stop sign at the intersection of N Locust St. and W Main Ave. Unit 1 proceeded through the stop sign and struck Unit 2, a GM pickup driven by a 38-year-old Myerstown man, as Unit 2 was negotiating a left hand turn at this intersection. Unit 1 then fled the scene.

North Cornwall Township

Thursday, 12-19-2019 @ 1456 hours – Cornwall at Tuck – A 61-year-old Lebanon woman was traveling north on Cornwall Road and passed Tuck Street in the area of 1500 Cornwall Road. She realized she needed to turn around, pulled off on the shoulder to make a U-Turn. A 45-year-old Jonestown man turned off Tuck Street at the same time and she turned in front of the man and scraped his vehicle. No injuries reported, light damage to both vehicles.

Sunday, November 17, 2019 @ 12:59 hours – T J Maxx, 1141 Quentin Road – Antonio David Rodriguez, 18, Lebanon was charged with Retail Theft after he removed $474.85 in store merchandise without paying.

North Londonderry Township

North Londonderry Township Police charged a 48-year-old Hershey woman with five summary retail thefts as a result of incidents that occurred at Walmart between December 7 and December 18. Total value of items taken was $250.97.

North Londonderry Township Police have charged Tyler Kreiser, a 22-year-old Palmyra man, with two counts of DUI and unlawful activities following a traffic stop on Nov. 23 at 2:51 a.m. BAC of 0.15%.

North Londonderry Township Police have charged Hervey Medina-Cruz, a 41-year-old Lebanon man, with retail theft for his involvement in failing to pay for merchandise at the Palmyra Walmart. Took items valued at $391.

West Cornwall Township

Deer Struck – A 33-year-old Annville woman struck a deer Friday, December 13, 2019 7:32 PM, on SR 72 @ Williams Drive. No injuries. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
