The Lebanon Community Library will be closed another week as its complete flooring replacement continues.
“While we knew for certain we would need at least one week for this project, we prepared for the possibility of needing two weeks,” said director Michelle Hawk in a press release. “The project is coming along nicely, and the library will reopen as soon as possible.”
“We’re eager to have our patrons return and see the beautiful new floor!”
Hawk noted that the public areas of the library are the priority, with staff areas set to be completed after the library reopens.
During this time, limited library services will be offered at a “pop-up” location in the lobby of the Lebanon Valley Family YMCA. See our original article for more information about the renovation and pop-up services, and find some pictures of the work-in-progress below.
