City of Lebanon

A 52 year old Lebanon man cited for Harassment on 1-15-20 at 2142 hours on the 400 block of N. 9th Street.

A 63 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on 1-17-20 at 1112 hours on the 700 block of Cumberland Street.

A 29 year old South Lebanon man cited for Public Drunkenness on 1-18-20 at 0249 hours at S. 5th Street and Locust Street.

Steffanie Koehler a 36 year old with no permanent address has been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after an incident on 1-19-20 at 1520 hours at 625 Quentin Road. Koehler was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Kim Wolfe. She was incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Shawn Rogers a 31 year old Lebanon resident has been charged with Strangulation and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on 1-19-20 at 0442 hours on the 00 block of East Cumberland Street. Rogers is accused of punching the 30 year old victim causing injury to her mouth. He is also accused of choking her to the point she could not breathe. Rogers was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ John Ditzler and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $3,500 bail.

Charges of Forgery and Attempted Theft by Deception have been filed against 41 year old Yesenia Garay-Spanoz of Myerstown after investigation into an incident on 12-10-19 at 1215 hours at 300 Schneider Drive. Garay is accused of passing a check on the account of another in an effort to receive cash. The owner of the check did not sign the check nor give permission to Garay to cash the check.

Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Accident Involving Damage to Attended Vehicle or Property, Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked and Limitations on Backing have been filed against Courtney Smith a 27 year old Lebanon resident after a minor traffic accident on 12-21-19 at 1926 hours at 10th and Lehman Streets.

A Theft charge has been filed against Allison Matusiak a 25 year old Cleona resident on 1-18-20 at 2038 hours on the 700 block of Chestnut Street. She is accused of taking money from an unlocked vehicle. She was incarcerated at LCCF on a Lebanon County Probation Detainer.

Jackson Township

On Jan. 19 at 5:20 p.m., a 53-year-old Myerstown man was pronounced deceased following an accident involving a backhoe.

On Jan. 19 at approximately 5:20 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to E. Kercher Ave for the report of an intoxicated male who had punched his brother, a 51-year-old Myerstown man. Upon PSP Jonestown’s arrival, the accused, a 49-year-old Mount Joy man, was visibly intoxicated. The accused was transported to the Good Samaritan Hospital.

North Cornwall Township

01-17-2020 – 1729 hours, 2100 block of Cumberland Street a 27-year-old Lebanon man and a 27-year-old Cleona man were charged with Small Amount of Marijuana after their vehicle was stopped for a faulty headlight.

An accident on 01-18-2020 at 2307 – 20th at Chestnut Streets. A 35-year-old Lebanon woman was traveling north on 20th Street at the intersection of Chestnut Street. She was attempting to stop at the stop sign, slid through the intersection, going off the side of the road and into the embankment. The vehicle had no damage, no injuries were reported.

An accident on 01-18-2020 at 0734 – Creekside Drive and Waterside Circle – A 26-year-old Lebanon woman missed a curve in the roadway and struck a fire hydrant. She was transported by First Aid and Safety Patrol to the Well Span/Good Samaritan Hospital for treatment, vehicle was towed.

On 01-19-2020 at 1051 hours, 700 block of Park Drive police responded to a domestic disturbance. Bradley Edwards, 49, Lebanon was charged with Strangulation and Harassment for hitting a female victim, causing injury to her lip then putting her in a choke hold preventing her from breathing or talking during an argument.

An accident on 01-20-2020 0509 hours Sheetz parking lot. A 46-year-old Elizabethtown man was backing up to deliver to the Sheetz store. While backing up he struck a 58-year-old Lebanon woman’s vehicle. She had damage to the passenger side rear fender and bumper and was towed. The man’s vehicle had no damage. No injuries were reported.

An accident on 01-20-2020 at 2105 hours 16th and Cumberland Street. A 36-year-old Lebanon man was driving eastbound on Cumberland Street and believed a 23-year-old Lebanon man was slowing down. The 36-year-old stated he did not have enough time to stop and struck the rear of the younger man’s vehicle. The older man’s vehicle had to be towed, the other vehicle was driven from the scene. No injuries reported.

North Lebanon Township

Harassment: A 33-year-old Myerstown man was charged with harassment after an incident that occurred in the 700 block of N. 8th Avenue.

North Londonderry Township

Greg Laudermilch, a 63-year-old Palmyra man, was charged with Stalking, Simple Assault (Criminal Attempt), Loitering, Prowling at Night, and Public Drunkenness stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 17 at his estranged wife’s residence at 1:15 a.m.

Vicki Engle, a 52-year-old Jonestown woman, was charged with Retail Theft after three separate incidents where she failed to pay for a total of $736 in merchandise at Walmart.

Richland Borough

On Jan. 20 at approximately 11:00 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the 300 block of W. Linden St for a reported PFA violation. Subsequent investigation determined that the arrestee, Jeffrey Tittle, a 57-year-old Lebanon man, violated the PFA that the victim, a 91-year-old Richland woman, has against him. The arrestee was located at his residence and taken into custody without incident. Charges are pending before M.D.J. Anthony J. Verna, Sr.

South Londonderry Township

On Saturday, Jan. 11, at 1:25 a.m. the South Londonderry Township Police Department was dispatched to a single vehicle accident in the 2000 block of S. Forge Road. Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver, a 55-year-old Annville woman, was traveling on S. Forge Rd. when she swerved to avoid striking a deer in the road. The driver subsequently left the roadway, striking a pasture fence. No injuries were reported. The vehicle was later towed from the scene.

On Jan. 16 at 7:20 p.m. a Jeep Cherokee driven by a 36-year-old Palmyra woman struck a deer after it ran out in front of the vehicle on Kreider Rd. near Schoolhouse Rd. No injuries were reported and the vehicle was able to be driven from the scene.

On Jan. 18 at 8:50 a.m. the South Londonderry Township Police Department responded to the traffic circle located at the intersection of South Forge Road and Northside Drive for a single vehicle accident. A yellow Ford Focus had slid off of the roadway due to snow on the roadway and became stuck on the curb. The vehicle was removed from the curb by a tow truck and driven from the scene. The driver was a 59-year-old Palmyra man.

On Jan. 18 at 9:30 a.m. the South Londonderry Township Police Department responded to the traffic circle located at the intersection of South Forge Road and Northside Drive for a single vehicle accident. A green Saturn Vue had slid off of the roadway due to snow on the roadway and struck the curb. The vehicle was damaged from the impact with the curb. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries resulted from the crash. The vehicle was found to have an expired registration. The driver was a 55-year-old Harrisburg man.

On Jan. 18 at 1:23 p.m. the South Londonderry Township Police Department responded to the traffic circle located near the intersection of South Village Circle and Brookwood Drive for a single vehicle accident. A blue Chevy Cobalt had slid off of the roadway due to snow on the roadway and struck a light pole. The light pole was damaged from the impact with the vehicle. The vehicle was driven from the scene. No injuries resulted from the crash. The driver was a 19-year-old Harrisburg man.

Swatara Township

On Jan. 12 at 6:00 p.m. this incident occurred on Swatara Road as an eight-year-old Lebanon boy reported being kicked by a 13-year-old. Allegations were unfounded and the case was closed.

Union Township

On Jan. 20 at 8:57 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Terry Yiengst, a 30-year-old Harrisburg man driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala, at Allentown Blvd after observing numerous traffic violations. Further investigation revealed the driver to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia. Charges are pending.

West Lebanon Township

Retail Theft: Tania Torrens-Lopez – age 44 – and Marixabel Colon-Martinez, age 55, both from Harrisburg were charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy after an incident at Boscov’s, Lebanon Valley Mall on January 15, 2020, after failing to pay for $1,214 worth of merchandise.
