The James Biever Police-Community Alliance (JBPCA), in partnership with Making a Difference Lebanon, invites families from throughout the community to enjoy a free showing of Zootopia 2 on Sunday, July 26, at the Allen Theatre, 36 E. Main Street, Annville.
Doors open at 12:30 p.m., and the movie begins at 1:00 p.m. Admission is free, and complimentary water and snacks will be provided while supplies last.
More than just a movie, Family Movie Day is an opportunity for children and families to meet local police officers in a fun, relaxed setting. Before the film begins, attendees are encouraged to chat with officers, ask questions, and build positive relationships outside of an emergency situation.
“Events like this help strengthen the connection between law enforcement and the communities they serve,” said Michelle Biever, President of the James Biever Police-Community Alliance.
“By creating opportunities for positive interactions in a welcoming environment, we hope to build trust, encourage conversation, and remind families that our local officers are neighbors who care deeply about the community.”
