Bethel Township
Disorderly Conduct – On April 19, 2020 at approximately 1:35 p.m., PSP Jonestown responded to the report of a male wearing all blue walking down the middle of South Pine Grove St. yelling and striking vehicles. The actor, a 51 year old Fredericksburg man, was identified and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
Jackson Township
Drug Possession – On April 20, 2020 at 12:02 p.m., PSP Jonestown stopped a vehicle operated by a 25 year old Lebanon man and initiated a traffic stop at West Lincoln Ave. and North Locust St. It was determined he was in possession of marijuana. Charges are pending.
Lebanon City
Harassment – A 13 year old Lebanon male has been cited for Harassment after an incident on April 20, 2020 at 5:57 p.m. on the 200 block of South 4th St.
Public Drunkenness – A 28 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Public Drunkenness on April 18, 2020 at 9:58 p.m. on the 00 block of North Quince St.
Disorderly Conduct – A 47 year old Lebanon resident woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on April 18, 2020 at 9:48 p.m. on the 100 block of South 8th St.
Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct – Angela Justice, a 33 year old Lebanon woman, has been charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct after an incident on April 18, 2020 at 12:38 a.m. on the 900 block of Quentin Rd. Justice is accused of striking the 40 year old victim several times, at one point smashing a glass on the back of the victim’s head, causing a laceration. She resisted efforts by police to take her into custody. She was transported to LCCB and arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna. Justice was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault – Luis Rosario-Rodriguez, a 36 year old man with no permanent address, has been charged with Terroristic Threats and Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on April 16, 2020 at 6:16 p.m. at 7th St. and Lehman St. Rosario is accused of telling the 41 year old victim and 55 year old victim that he would kill them, and then threw a 9 mm live bullet at the two women. He was not immediately located having fled from the scene. On April 17, 2020, police located him on the 200 block of South 3rd St. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and incarcerated at LCCF in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Substance Possession – A charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance has been filed against a 19 year old North Cornwall man after contact with police on Jan. 19, 2020 at 1:36 a.m. on the 1200 block of Maple St.
DUI, Financial Responsibility, Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed – Charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Duties at Stop Signs, Required Financial Responsibility, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed have been filed against Amanda Lafty, a 38 year old Lebanon woman, after investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Jan. 11, 2020 at 2:38 a.m. on the 100 block of South 5th St. Lafty was the driver of a vehicle and was injured as a result of the accident. Police accuse Lafty of having a BAC of .18% and of having THC (marijuana) and cocaine in her blood system at the time of the accident.
Myerstown Borough
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On April 20, 2020 at 7:19 p.m., PSP Jonestown Troopers responded to North College St. for the report of a criminal mischief in progress. Troopers located two juveniles who reportedly caused damage to a garage. The two arrestees were an 11 year old Myerstown male and a 12 year old Myerstown male. The victim was a 28 year old Lebanon man. This incident is under investigation.
North Lebanon Township
Fleeing Police, Receiving Stolen Property, 11 Traffic Violations – Said Herreo, an 18 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with fleeing police and receiving stolen property after an incident that began in the 2200 block of Cumberland St. He was also charged with 11 traffic violations.
North Londonderry Township
Vehicle Accident – On April 21, 2020 at 3:37 p.m., the North Londonderry Twp. Police Dept. investigated a motor vehicle accident at Elm St. and Railroad St. The crash occurred when a 48 year old Dover, DE woman, proceeded from a stop sign without clearance, striking the vehicle driven by a 40 year old Palmyra man. No injuries were reported.
Retail Theft – Upon completion of an investigation, Eric Stake, a 41 year old Palmyra man, was charged with Retail Theft after he failed to pay for items at Wal-Mart on five occasions, totaling with a value of $488.
Union Township
Substance Possession – On April 21, 2020 at 10:22 a.m., PSP Jonestown initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle operated by Brandon Crowley, a 25 year old Jonestown man, at Green Point School Rd. and Appalachian National Scenic Tr. It was determined Crowley was under the influence of marijuana and was in possession of marijuana. Charges are pending.
