There is a barn located very close to the east side of the roadway, just south of the residence on the 300 block of Distillery Rd., eliminating a shoulder at this location. It was raining and the roadways were wet as Operator 1 was approaching a small uphill slight left curve in the roadway, just north of the residence on the 300 block of Distillery Rd. and was accelerating on the throttle of Unit 1. Unit 1 continued traveling forward in a northwest direction, striking and shearing off three more fence posts, with Operator 1 intentionally ejecting himself from the vehicle. After Unit 1 struck the fifth fence post, the vehicle overturned and rotated counterclockwise approximately 180 degrees and struck and sheared off a sixth fence post. This was where Unit 1 came to final rest on its right side, leaning against the sixth fence post, facing southeast. Operator 1 continued moving forward, not under his control, and struck a seventh wooden fence post, coming to final rest near that post.
