Bethel Township

Criminal/Simple Assault – On Sept. 12, 2020 at 5:04 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown station responded to Airport Rd. for a report of a Trespass. Upon arrival on scene, it was determined an unknown Actor(s) entered the rear entrance of the residence and fled in an unknown direction. The Victim was a 59 year old Jonestown woman. Anyone with any information is asked to call PSP Jonestown station.

Vehicle Accident, Driving On Roadways Laned For Traffic – On Sept. 16, 2020 at 2:40 p.m., this crash occurred as Unit 1, a 2011 Ford F150XLT, driven by Operator 1, Kenneth Goshert, an 80 year old Fredericksburg man, was traveling west along West Main St. Unit 1 drifted off the roadway and struck a guide rail. Unit 1 came to final rest in a ditch just west of the guide rail. Eashe’s Towing towed Unit 1 from the scene. No injuries were reported on scene. Operator 1 was cited for Driving on Roadways Laned for Traffic.

Theft – On Aug. 11, 2020 between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m., this incident occurred as four firearms went missing when they were shipped. The stolen items included a Girsan Turkey MC28 Girsan MC28 9MM Pistol valued at $329.95, Smith & Wesson or Swaziland Use Country Code If Make Cannot Be Determined 442 Smith and Wesson 442 38 Special valued at $399.95, Sarsilmaz (SAR Arms) Turkey B69BL SAR B69BL 9MM valued at $225.00, and a Schultz/Larsen CPX2TTSB SCCY CPX2TTSB 9MM valued at $199.95.

Heidelberg Township

Harassment – On Sept. 7, 2020 at 2:30 a.m., State Police Jonestown was dispatched to the Clyde Memorial Speedway in Heidelberg Twp. for a disturbance. Troopers are investigating a possible fight that occurred between two females. Troopers are currently investigating.

Jackson Township

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Sept. 13, 2020 at approximately 3:50 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the Fairlane Park, located on South Fairlane Ave., in Myerstown Boro. for a criminal mischief related incident. Upon arrival on scene, troopers learned that an unknown Actor(s) removed a “Steelers” novelty license plate valued at $25.00 from the front of the Victim’s vehicle, a 1999 Jeep Wrangler. The Actor(s) then caused damage to the plate by bending and scratching it, before throwing it on the ground in front of the Victim’s vehicle. No suspects have been identified. Troopers are currently investigating. The Victim was a 42 year old Myerstown woman. The damaged property included a Steelers Novelty license plate valued at $25.00. Harassment – On Sept. 4, 2020 at 9:14 a.m., troopers responded to North Locust St. for a report of a physical domestic. Upon investigation, it was revealed the Arrestee pushed the Victim onto a couch and grabbed the Victim by the face, leaving scratches. The Arrestee was a 48 year old Myerstown man. The Victim was a 48 year old Myerstown woman. Charges are to be filed.

Vehicle Accident, Following Too Closely – On Sept. 17, 2020 at 10:30 a.m., this three-vehicle crash occurred on SR 501 at its intersection with Krall Rd. in Jackson Twp. This crash occurred as Unit 2, a 1999 Saturn SL, driven by Operator 2, a 67 year old Newmanstown woman, was attempting to turn left on Krall Rd. Unit 1, a 2019 Ford F150XLT, driven by Operator 1, a 25 year old Pitman man, was traveling northbound on SR 501 behind Unit 2 and failed to observe Unit 2 stopping. Unit 1 then struck Unit 2 in the rear. Unit 3, a 2012 Nissan Altima, driven by Operator 3, a 17 year old Schaefferstown female, was traveling northbound on SR 501 behind Unit 1. Unit 3 struck the rear of Unit 1 after Unit 1 struck Unit 2. Unit 3 was disabled from the crash. No injuries were reported as a result of the crash. Operator 1 was charged with Following Too Closely. PSP Jonestown was assisted on scene by Myerstown EMS and Fire.

Lebanon City

Arrest Warrant – A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Sean Kreiser, a 36 year old with no permanent address, after being accused of taking a car belonging to the 47 year old Victim. The Victim did not give him permission to take the vehicle. This incident occurred on Sept. 11, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. on the 200 block of East Walnut St. The vehicle he is accused of taking is a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer, green in color.

Retail Theft, Purchase, Consumption, Possession, Transportation – A 17 year old male from Lebanon has been cited for Retail Theft and Purchase, Consumption, Possession or Transportation of Liquor or Malt or Brewed Beverages on Sept. 16, 2020 at 5:35 p.m. on the 500 block of South Lincoln Ave. and South 2nd Ave. and East Elm St. The juvenile is accused of taking merchandise from the store on the 500 block of South Lincoln Ave. and apprehended at South 2nd Ave. and East Elm St. Total loss to the merchant was $136.67.

Disorderly Conduct – A 25 year old Lebanon woman has been cited for Disorderly Conduct on Sept. 16, 2020 at 9:35 p.m. and cited for Disorderly House on Sept. 16, 2020 at 11:45 p.m. on the 00 block of South 10th St. Police have been dispatched to this residence multiple times for loud noise and fighting.

Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness – A 53 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness on Sept. 17, 2020 at 2:30 a.m. on the 800 block of East Lehman St.

Criminal Mischief – A 23 year old Lebanon man has been cited for Criminal Mischief after allegedly smashing the window on the Victim’s car on Sept. 9, 2020 at 8:52 a.m. on the 00 block of South 16th St.

Simple Assault – Freddy Cabasquin, a 53 year old Lebanon resident, has been charged with Simple Assault (domestic violence related) after an incident on Sept. 18, 2020 at 12:07 a.m. on the 100 block of South 9th St. He is accused of punching the 34 year old Victim on her mouth, causing a laceration. Cabasquin was apprehended and transported to LCCB. He was arraigned before MDJ Anthony Verna and detained at the LCCF in lieu of $2,500 bail.

Myerstown Borough

Criminal Mischief Under $1,000 – On Sept. 13, 2020 at approximately 1:15 p.m., troopers from PSP Jonestown were dispatched to the 300 block of South Railroad St. for damage to a window of the Victim’s residence. Upon arrival, troopers observed a small hole in a glass window located on the first floor of the residence. Through further investigation, troopers discovered the window was shot with a pellet gun. A small silver pellet was lodged inside the window pane. This incident occurred between 7:00 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2020 and 11:00 a.m. on Sept. 13, 2020. No suspects have been identified. Troopers are investigating. The Victim was a 37 year old Myerstown woman. The damaged property included a glass window valued at $100.00. North Lebanon Township

DUI – Todd Arnold, a 41 year old Duncannon resident, was charged with Driving Under the Influence after an incident that occurred on Mar. 1, 2020 on East Brookfield Dr.

Retail Theft – Orlando Perez-Sierra, a 41 year old Lebanon resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred on May 15, 2020 at the Lebanon Wal-Mart after failing to pay for $184 worth of merchandise.

Retail Theft – Edwin Caban-Alvarez, a 32 year old Myerstown resident, was charged with Retail Theft after an incident that occurred on Sept. 11, 2020 at the Lebanon Wal-Mart after failing to pay for $273 worth of merchandise.

Swatara Township

Theft Of Vehicle Parts – On Sept. 5, 2020 at 7:48 a.m., troopers responded to the 300 block of Lighthouse Dr. for a report of a license plate stolen from a vehicle. Investigation revealed the license plate was stolen from the vehicle sometime between Sept. 4, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. and Sept. 5, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. The Victim was a 38 year old Jonestown woman. The stolen property included a Pennsylvania Registration Plate valued at $50.00. Investigation is ongoing.

Invasion Of Privacy – On Sept. 2, 2020 at 9:33 p.m., troopers received a report of a female was being audibly recorded by her ex-boyfriend without her consent. This incident occurred on the 100 block of Monroe Valley Dr. Investigation into this incident is ongoing.

Union Township

Drug Possession – On Sept. 4, 2020 at 8:04 p.m., State Police Jonestown conducted a traffic stop on a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta on SR 72, south of Lickdale Rd. in Union Twp. for an equipment violation. During the course of the traffic stop, criminal activity was detected. A search of the vehicle yielded a personal amount of drugs and drug paraphernalia that belonged to the Passenger. Troopers are still investigating.
